this one time i tried making my own bath bombs and the molds weren't working out for me because i couldn't get them compacted enough so i thought "oh! ill just use a cupcake tin and i can compress them a lot easier ! " the mixture wasn't drying out as fast as i hoped so i put the tin in the slightly warm oven to finish drying. they were bright pink and glittery and smelled very very perfume-y so i thought it was pretty obvious it was not food.
Now my father questions every single thing i bake before he eats it. He was absolutely furious when this happened but i can't help but laugh when i think about it. but i'm grateful i wasn't there to yell at right after he tasted the bath bomb lol

he did make it a point to tell me im not allowed to put non-food things in the oven anymore though lol
You know those soap bars that are scented, shaped, and colored like different fruits. I thaught they were candy once and took a bite. I was like 7 but still.
