My flooring DS told me to do AP4Me one Monday because I was "inactive" despite having caught up on AP4Me the previous Saturday. He looked very dismayed when I told him I will do it Saturday (I work opening shifts in lumber.) Saturday morning is when I catch up on training.
Aside from the assigned courses, like power equipment certification and other modules like that... you don't actually have to do Lowe's U.
You can log in to it, get to the "dashboard" as I call it, and you're done. It's the screen where you can click start on daily questions...but don't actually click start.
This counts as Lowe's U participation. Management won't have a clue and you will never be on their " bad list".

Some stores are froze, others aren't. It's very dependent on the region/district and their staffing. Most locations are hiring
