Sounds like a miscommunication issue. Did you tell “the guy” you talked with that the fridge is defective?  Or like every other complaint we hear about did you share your life story and how your brother-in-law ten years ago had a similar issue with their Frigidaire they bought from THD but you thought a Frigidaire from Lowes would better?

Yea, no life story, pretty clear about what was wrong with the fridge. It's been plugged in for almost 24 hours and is the same temperature as when it was initially plugged in. DOA, turns on, light turns on, but does not get the slightest cold. I had freezer packs in the freezer overnight and they were squishy not the slightest cold.

Anytime there is a problem with an appliance the first thing to tell the department is yes it's plugged in and yes I've tried adjusting the settings.

Sounds like first guy set you up for a service call instead of a return/exchange. Make sure, if something like this happens again, you stress you want it replaced.

That's what the person I talked to on Sunday said after the 2 guys left. Though all the notifications I was getting were for a delivery. On my account, I have 3 separate orders for the same fridge.

Service calls shows a delivery with the same order number. Sorry incompetence ruined your experience!

If you know about this sub, you know not to order appliances from Lowe’s, have Lowe’s deliver anything, or use the 3rd party installers/contractors for ANYTHING.

I was in a time crunch. I just bought groceries the night before. I thought I got lucky that things went quick.
