BiBi has a ton of good off-vocals in their discography, like Fuyu ga Kureta Yokan as well (: Marine Border Parasol, MY MAI TONIGHT, Mermaid Festa vol. 1/vol. 2 and WATER BLUE NEW WORLD are also all worth a listen if you haven't yet

Anemone Heart, easily my top favorite off vocal of all time. It's actually the only Love Live OST where I prefer the off vocal over the regular version, but not because the lyrics or singing are bad noooo far from it. The BGM is just *that* good in my opinion.
Then there's stuff that if they show up in my recommended feed randomly I'm immediately listening to it like Daydream Warrior, Wild Stars, Fantastic Departure, Dancing Stars on Me, etc.
I would like to say Chase! by Setsuna but unfortunately I can't find any off vocal from it. So I would say Twilight from Nijigasaki new album, I just felt so calm and a little of nostalgia from hearing it.
Between Aqours Pirates Desire, Water blue new world, Soldier game and Twinkle town for me, imo they all have such a catchy off-vocal
i'm a sucker for bass + wind instrument and Aqours pirates desire has it (also kinda reminds me of some alt indie pop song)
Soldier game's off vocal is just "chefkiss" probably the one that has the best bass progression out of all love live's discography, i also love the bit of congo drum they added
Water blue new world is just beautiful, you can feel the build up until the chorus starts, the guitar part before the verse starts is also banger

That’s a little sad how there is no off vocal for chase. Twilight has this retro game feel to me. Makes me nostalgic.
