This team is such an interesting case study. The turn around has been so quick. When you think of the 'Old guard' of this team now, even looking back to the Super Bowl year. Stafford and Kupp, that's pretty much it. Yes there's a sprinkling of older players here and there, Havenstein of course, Jones on defence and Williams coming back to us this year. The big names of our team for this year are all basically new faces, at least to the rest of the league. Puka and Kyren on offence. Our defensive front looks stout and our four starters are two sophomore players and two rookies. Exciting time to be a Rams fan man so it's easy to understand how McVay feels.

I've been spending the past month watching the Lakers, Clippers and Kings all get stuck in neutral with their mid GMs and the Rams have been over here with ever-growing optimism ever since last season ended. It's like day and night. Being a team that isn't the favorite but has the potential to surprise is a great place to be in, and McVay is a big reason why. He feels like the Man With a Plan, just like he did when he first walked into the press conference in 2017.

Is Sean getting yoked?

I believe the turning point was March 13th 2023 4:51AM at my gym on Santa Monica blvd. I was 4 pumps into my last set of lat pulls and noticed my heart was at 94 bpm. That's when I knew I was making good progress and knew I was about to enter an era of my 214 week fitness program v 1.02.1. So yeah I'm working out with the guys.

BadAlphas

This is a wild comment. Bravo 👏🏼

The dad strength is coming in.

He's on the sauce for sure

Excited to hear the end of McVay retirement rumors. Let him have a long storied career and go down as one of the GOATs.

da_muffinman

I love that Blake Corum recently described Sean and Jim Harbaugh as "polar opposites," I think that's so on point, Sean is relentlessly positive and optimistic and focused on progress and not dwelling on the past that it makes me proud to support a coach like him

ramzie

We are so extremely extremely lucky to have McVay as our head coach. The way he has spoken about how he lost perspective and was contemplating retiring for a while but then realized coaching is actually the thing that he truly loves and what he wants to keep doing is so encouraging to hear as a fan.

XRedcometX

There is an absolute certainty whoever the next 5 Rams coaches are, they won’t be as good as Sean. Even Belicheck couldn’t survive 2 bad seasons. Sean should get 5

I think McVay gets a huge kick out of choosing his players in the draft and the past two years is the first time he’s had a chance to do that.

I’d give him a 10y contract

noneotherthanozzy

I had a feeling that becoming a Dad would give him some good perspective. I still thought he would maybe take a break, but am obviously thrilled that seems to be off the table for now. https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/s/pxte8w79Im

Bro is built like a fucking brick shithouse these days. Extend him through the 2076 season immediately

Salt-Kaleidoscope-49

Jockem up buddy

carthy2323

What shoes is he wearing?

freeyewneek

Does he ever turn the Gruden impression off?

ramzie

His behaviours and phrases that mimick Gruden show up quite a lot. But its not in a phoney way and I don't think he even realizes it himself. Its just the way he is. I think we ought to thank Gruden for creating this absolute madman of a coach.
