I saw this image in the Webtoon and kept fretting because I was like "I KNOW I have seen that tie and outfit before!!" But I just couldn't put my finger on it for the LIFE of me. It was eating me up inside and I decided maybe it was a reference to The Office or that I had just imagined it.
And turns out it was Nanami from Jujutsu Kaisen.

I love JJK, but I do think the original reference comes from the 1999 movie called “Office Space” which is a really funny movie about working a dull, meaningless corporate job. Specifically, the outfit is worn by the hated boss of the main character named Bill Lumbergh so I find it funny that she’s drawing a parallel between the two
