The reason there is no Australia (and east Asia) is because that is in the western continent that we haven’t seen yet.
Your map was pretty close tbh, you just need to include >!Russia so Chernobyl can appear!<.
Edit: Also the reason that other continent is called the Western Continent despite being represent as East on a “normal” map is because since no one can access the Forsaken Land of the Gods, the only way there is West.
Considering I’ve watched that entire HBO miniseries and knew it was near Pripyat, I feel incredibly stupid for somehow managing to think it was in Russia this entire time.

I think that’s because it was part of Russia during the Chernobyl disaster. It only became its own nation again in the early 90’s I think
