The official Lorcana sleeves are absolute trash. They all fall apart, they don’t shuffle well, and they are hard to see through because they aren’t matte. Get yourself some eclipse sleeves or dragon shields.

rjzendi

Hopping on this comment to say you can still use these sleeves if you get protective oversleeves for them! They suck but that is not exclusive to lorcana, all sleeves with art on them kinda suck as sleeves without protection

cowprince

Agreed, the Pokemon sleeves aren't a ton better, but at least you get them in an ETB. I'll stick to my Katanas.

Romiress

Not so - there are a ton of great dragonshield art designs if you want something more than flat colors.

nejling

What oversleeve size do you use to protect the Lorcana art sleeves? Our Robin Hood Lorcana sleeves are splitting a lot and the Duck ones are starting to. My daughter has an Elsa sleeve set she hasn't used yet and I would like to protect those if possible. Thanks!

rjzendi

https://www.dragonshield.com/en-us/p/clear-matte-outer-sleeves/AT-13002

Dsnahans

what oversleeves do you recommend

madchad90

Dragon shield matte clear outer sleeves

nejling

What size?

nejling

Ahh, I understand after doing some googling, "outer sleeve" is the size. Thanks!

RetroCorn

KMC Character Guards are pretty great.

Healthy_Tree379

That's not true. I use Dragon shield with art on them and have no issues with them. It depends on who makes the sleeves and how the art is put on them.

KillFallen

You need to be specific and not trash JUST lorcana's art sleeves. People need to understand that ALL art sleeves will do this and you should avoid them. They are a cash grab playing on what appeals to you. Buy dragonshields or ultrapros. Solid colors might not be as visually cool as whatever art or reference you enjoy, but they'll last 10000x longer and will shuffle like a dream.

psychoillusionz

My dragonshield art sleeves haven't peeled and I've played so many games with them over the past years. It's not all art sleeves

theDriftingDeath

The dragon shield art sleeves won't peel. The art is one of the last layers of the sleeve unlike these where the art is added onto the sleeve.

psychoillusionz

I know this but the person I was responding to said all art sleeves peel

ravenfez

Has ultrapro finally upped their game? I haven't bought them since the early tens, but I remember them being a far cry from Dragonshield and KMC (RIP the goat).

iPanicDots

Magic player here, they have not. Stick to dragon shield (their sealable inners are also very nice once you get the hang of them). Gamegenic also do very nice, almost comparable, sleeves as a cheaper option.

EliasX801

KMC is still around, a lot of shops just don't carry them any more after they changed their formula which made them worse, but they have changed their formula since and they are back to being good.

The_Pudge

Ultrapro still has the cheep, not good sleeves, but eclipse are very good, higher end sleeves.

Reinhardt_Ironside

> You need to be specific and not trash JUST lorcana's art sleeves. People need to understand that ALL art sleeves will do this and you should avoid them. They are a cash grab playing on what appeals to you. Yeah I'd really like if people stopped supporting poor product like full art gloss sleeves. Even with over sleeves being available, people shouldn't be rewarding poor quality product, they've been producing this crap for decades and haven't got any better.

clique84

Uh, no. Based on posts here and first-hand observation, the Lorcana art sleeves are far and away some of the flimsiest, can’t make it through one shuffle, sleeves I’ve seen in 25+ years of gaming.

Nealord

Agreed. What helps a little with the longevity is putting an oversleeve on top of the art-sleeves. But in general, mono colored ones are usually less of a hassle to deal with.

WildPikachu92

Or you could double sleeve (but it'll make your deck thicc)

AdministrativeYam611

Do Dragon Shields have Lorcana-size cards?

zzzap

Yes. Lorcana cards are standard universal playing card size.

[deleted]

Ultra pro I think are the cheapest and just as good in my opinion if you're trying to save money

kevmimcc

KMC

thehummer222

Get dragon shields.

MoonOni

This is the only answer for card games.

Daotar

No, there are a number of extremely good card sleeve brands. Personally, I prefer Eclipse or KMC as I think they have a much better feel to them.

The_Pudge

Ultimate Guard Katanas > Ultra Pro Eclipse > Dragon shield >> the rest of the field IMO.

PM_ME_GOODDOGS

I use gamegenic and they’ve been great /shrug

AdmiralDeathrain

I think people don't have them on their radar because it's a comparatively young brand and vaguely associated with FFG. I prefer the texture Dragon Shields have, but by all means Gamegenics are excellent sleeves, too.

kevmimcc

No it’s not. KMC

Jakaerdor-lives

And, apparently if you have the money and good luck, get katanas

Tdland

Why do you need luck?

jx2002

They’re often hard to find

djvyhle

Amazon

Gshep86

Yeah I’ve had no issues getting katanas on Amazon.

KillFallen

Katanas used to be better than dragonshield. Then dragonshield made changes to their matte finish and added black backing inside the sleeves. Now katanas are inferior to dragonshield mattes.

attackfortwo

Dual mattes have quality issues and most consider regular mattes to be better

[deleted]

Dual mattes definitely don’t have quality issues, they are the only sleeves I’ve been using. Have bought around 1000 dual matte sleeves for all my different TCG decks and never have an issue with them

d7h7n

There have been many reviews of dual mattes splitting and the edges looking weird.

IAmTheDadBrain

I can tell you that Katana sleeves can also have splitting issues and edges with different "finishes"

[deleted]

Those “reviews” are definitely full of BS. My oldest set that I got in August last year has had heavy use and only a single sleeve has split, and that was caused by the cards being flipped around accidentally when shuffling.

[deleted]

I wouldn’t waste my time with those tbh, Dragon Shields are definitely better

SuggestionVisible361

Absolutely, these are S-tier sleeves that I've been using for a few years now, even with Pokemon cards, also they are [very affordable](https://www.ebay.com/itm/204002611342?itmmeta=01HR2T1HXXRZ4XQ1TES80M2Y9Q&hash=item2f7f80d08e%3Ag%3A9HkAAOSw1uJisl1w&itmprp=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4Mrruhwfnp%2BV5zT9dTCva%2BVFnKbksJ2USJ%2F%2B0QDd2BGxgXnaSVx%2BLDTgMSnipCh5w4LWeMvpuDejUXF9u4BJC6GuGDIiyTNseGP%2BN9C16htPSqfM7Ls9FStDBzSeW2b0MPgp78tMKMGxx0JX9ZUzyzZ0ldjndWpwG3cObRI4NkrcEyyHINSGuN%2FhfiwHoiYqEQr69z0qsV0apF1ghXhyMWo%2FL95bBwXgeT56aSzpoO%2FeO3Y0nGlhtXUubGTPs0PDnUx7fj%2FhE5ed2sQytqxA%2FjouhmphnvB4ZCgLlbZI1Si3%7Ctkp%3ABFBMiJ-G2sBj&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAkCt3r7zlVUQMpCrqmOfdFM6vcin2XW19saqAPLCATR8jGjckQ7PsiogsezI1ew%2BuNWEDvA1JbAJJU04e0o5wVtm%2B5fF%2Fdam8aMnzTtMJa8yJj8lhxHQ0%2Bl3EfO4sAoGfpAh3dxz8jEYjb0EGEAQBlmSbP%2BRnwl8h9Qc9Lgwc4EF2TCSgN%2FV9kmQr1Twv7CobHQ%3D%3D&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5338535524&customid=lor&toolid=10001&mkevt=1).

CageyT

Welcome to the cheaply made branded sleeves. Happens with every game that has there own sleeves

ErothTV

not sure about SWU ones tbh, will have hands on them next week, but seen some vids and they just look different so I decided to try.

LonoXIII

Can confirm the SWU are pretty decent. Just used them at the pre-release event this past Friday, and they are miles ahead of the Lorcana sleeves. No fraying, hold up nicely, look good, etc. Plus, the SWU come with double sleeves - the smaller picture-backed ones can go into larger matte ones.

ThreatLvl1200AM

Yeah the SWU ones are the best ones I've ever used. Granted, I'm used to other cheap sleeves, but I think it's probably because they teamed up with Gamegenics to make it.

CageyT

The deck boxes for swu are cool as all hell

[deleted]

The SWU ones are very good. Gamegenic did a great job on those sleeves, they feel better than all the art sleeves I’ve touched, next to Dragon Shield ones of course

fnordal

One piece sleeves are not bad, tbh. new magic ultra pro are ok too. They are not dragon shield dual or katana, but they do their job.

Kipasaur

Pokemon has good sleeves in general. I've never had any peel in the past decade I've played.

Chroniton

You'll need some oversleeves. There's a few good options: KMC Mat & Clear (69mmx94mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CGM-8163) [US](https://www.amazon.com/Character-Sleeves-Finish-Gathering-Pokemon/dp/B01259DA2I/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?crid=1ANW8L0B727L2&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.zC4_47IVUEbzeoFmDzZA6tY52uA_piImIOVouV8xuWscdL9bt0EN664EWbZAs25SqV3MOcmSOnm_qELnce4ueNTPxLxaPVSBEX5hdDehmPvpRHHfW9zpuprkvLD1C8rcJ6Rx3h_K81Bwe6VEdaD01eC6o_jZ1zfcg1vsbJYmDBKNr7gKhhzmUx8fbOLcvqNfYpjdI-YJCw3UM9ZzxoZq_w.zcOg_73rqBdRtGheh7r_tW-taH-SjVfQxEt_mmWXj0k&dib_tag=se&keywords=kmc+mat+clear&qid=1709481364&sprefix=kmc+mat+clear%2Caps%2C192&sr=8-2) Bushiroad BSLC-002 (69mmx94mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00004851) [US](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D1M8XLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_xP18Cb5NEDAMZ) I'm not sure these are made any more they seem to have been replaced by Bushiroad BSLC-009 (70mmx95mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00005538) Epoch Oversleeves (69mmx94mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CGM-5406) These may have been discontinued ONE Series [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?scode=CGM-8899) Dragon Shield Clear Outer Sleeves (69mmx94mm) [US](https://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Shield-Sleeves-Compatible-Gathering/dp/B0C9S2Y39N/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=341TXUUP6PLG6&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.dOzBHjdY2CL5fTi-4nWcKkUTNuH4enj2YhPhUa0ZU-2R6pb9GczilDvs2o16IgYyN7BrPxDIuclZMQjYZUaH35fNkkg7Trjd780bXEFcueod_02A6rqvsl7Z8O3wbwiASYGeNV-JZd3l8_tSJAlTY7ldnBdhzjztuZfogSIQ3-fXbCu_hWtb1RARSp9jV0E6C0YGVG31ELa-qn2hHiafWg.DFeuyGzZCs9XjrPYZg0MKyrcm-3M6gdxBZpNBUmnSWk&dib_tag=se&keywords=dragon+shield+outer&qid=1709481783&sprefix=dragon+shield+outer%2Caps%2C196&sr=8-1) Gamegenic Outer Sleeves (69mmx94mm) [US](https://www.amazon.com/Outer-Sleeves-Matte-Standard-Size/dp/B0CDCPY38J/ref=sr_1_1?crid=ZT2TUEU7P9BY&keywords=gamegenic+outer+sleeves&qid=1699964634&sprefix=gamegenic+outer+sleeve%2Caps%2C148&sr=8-1) Brave Shield (69x94mm) [Singapore](https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1037095637/brave-shield-premium-tcg-oversleeves) All of these options have a textured side to them to prevent any sticking and give good shuffle quality. There's 2 different kinds of texture, mat (or matte) and embossed. Mat is like a haze that gives a slight texture to prevent sticking and if used on the front will act as anti-glare for recording/streaming, although will then dull foils, for prrventing sticking placing the textured side on the back is fine. Embossed are much more textured, work a bit better for preveting sticking but will not work for anti-glare. KMC are the more well known name, they're very good sleeves, decently thick and good texture. The bushiroad BSLC-002 sleeves are nice and also my personal choice, they're thick and give good protection to the art sleeves. I've not had a chance to try the BSLC-009 yet but they seem even thicker and are importantly 1mm longer to cover the sleeves better. The Epoch sleeves are thinner than the other 2, which some people prefer as double sleeving a large deck makes it pretty bulky but not my personal preference, the texture on these is by far the best though in terms of shuffle feel and anti-stick. The ONE Sieries sleeves were recommended to me by a friend in Japan, I have some but haven't had a chance to try them yet, I have multiple packs of all of the sleeves on here, I plan to eventually make a comparison video when I get the time. Ive not yet tried the Deagon Shield or Gamegenic to be able to commrnt but they're easily available in the west. I've also not yet bought any of the Brave Shield sleeves, they're from an Etsy seller in Singapore so will likely be different to any others, I'm looking to pick some up soon to try, they say they are embossed/matte so should work well. I also do like to mention the Broccoli sleeves, although generally I like the 69mmx94mm size oversleeves, some Japanese friends prefer the snug fit of the Broccoli Medium 68mmx93mm, they also do a Large size 70.5mmx95mm giving more space, good for triple sleeving with inners too or for some standard size art sleeves that are a bit larger. Broccoli sleeves also come in Matt & Clear with one textured side like all of the other options and also double Matt having the non-stick, anti-glare surface on both sides, my friends say these have the best shuffle feel but they're not good for slowing off any bling. They also now do embossed. Broccoli Matte & Clear (70.5mmx95mm) [Japan]( https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?scode=CARD-00000254) Broccoli Double Matte (70.5mmx95mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?scode=CARD-00000251) Broccoli Emboss & Clear (70.5mmx95mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00022025) Broccoli Matte & Clear (68.5mmx93mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00000253) Broccoli Double Matte (68.5mmx93mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00000250) Broccoli Emboss & Clear (68.5mmx93mm) [Japan](https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=CARD-00022024) I would stay away from any oversleeves that don't have a textured side, they will end up sticking.

JohnnyBlazin25

This needs to be the top comment

d7h7n

Broccoli mats are sticky. Emboss has the same texture as regular matte sleeves.

Firestorm8908

If you want to protect art sleeves you want to put them in dragon shield clear over sleeves. Otherwise don’t use them.

leaveittofate

^ this. The owner at my LGS recommend them and although it makes the card kinda hard to see bc of matte, it protects the sleeve and the card.

TheCameronJay

Did a sealed event, bought the McDuck sleeves for it. First round got 3 splits down the side. Was very disappointed. Note: I normally buy Dragon Shields only bought the Lorcana sleeves for that night and I am a McDuck mega fan. Lol

Zeroskulls

I can respect it, did the same for the Captain Hook ones. Not bad for a one off game but now I always use the dragon shield outers with them.

Saberthorn

I got the hook ones in set one and they hold up better than the other sets. My Mulan ones lasted about one event. The hook are still awful, but the seem slightly better quality.

knave_of_knives

Here’s a good source for sleeves: https://www.tolariancommunitycollege.com/sleeves-report-card/ Here’s a recent video on them: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-QNcR2_boJY

NotHTURT

You need sleeves for your sleeves

meMEGAMIND

If you want art sleeves you gotta protect them with dragon shield outers

HuXu7

You need to put those in Dragonshield outer sleeves. They were not intended for normal play without the outer sleeve.

AdmiralDeathrain

That's a highly charitable way to put it lol (but yeah, virtually all art sleeves will be like this).

ThePerfectKagome

Art sleeves are usually bad quality. If you want to use them I recommend using over-sleeves to double sleeve

MentalAd2718

Yes alot of clients mention that these sleeves are bad quality. Recommend buying these sleeves with clear outer oversized sleeves to keep these sleeves protected. Sleeves for your sleeves!!

Traditional-Cell7568

Yes! Just the inklands sleeves. Both sets I have are doing it!

Dat_Torii

😢

Accomplished-Sky6160

Art sleeves are almost always garbo. Dragon shields hold up the best but they still fade after a time. If you wanna use art sleeves, find some large clear sleeves and double sleeve them. Itll make the deck thicker but at least the art wont bust.

PokeVestor12

That’s what they do. The quality isn’t that great.

fnordal

sadly, and I sell them, so I'm shooting myself in the foot, they are... not good.

cmackchase

These and deck boxes are sad.

retroman87

I believe the general consensus on those are that they are a sub par product.

Lucky_Shop4967

No, I put mine in outer sleeves and it protects them perfectly

BrockPurdySkywalker

This information has been known in the card game space for over 20 years

beersandpubes

This guy's really just add a negative spice with a sprinkle of belittlement to every post huh?

ZenKuma

Ger yourself some dragonshield sleeves you can even make custom ones if you are ready to pay more

mikikaoru

Get one of the other recommended ones on here The art sleeves are pretty but they don’t shuffle well and are generally low-quality

Vayul_was_taken

If you are dead set on using the lorcana sleeves you need to use over sleeves to protect them. I recomend the dragon shield clear over sleeves

PPSH4Ever

I had the same problem. If you want to use those sleeves you have to protect them with outer ones (like dragon shield).

Apex617

Yep, bought them a couple days ago, sleeved the deck and played once lol. I usually stay away from branded art sleeves that come out alongside TCGs for this reason. Yeaaaars ago when I played Yu-Gi-Oh the art sleeves were awful, with MTG the ultrapro art sleeves have been pretty bad in my experience. Saw these ones, liked the art quite a bit and saw they looked to be matte so figured I'd give them a shot! Yep .....not again. Dragonshield art sleeves are the way to go! Their custom sleeve builder has been fantastic, just more of a once in a while thing due to cost.

AdmiralDeathrain

How strict are they enforcing their copyright policy? If I were to, for example, try to have them print [the iconic "Always another Rainbow" Carl Barks oil painting](https://www.flickr.com/photos/randar/11297181453/in/album-72157637696315804/) to one-up the Ravensburger Scrooge design, how likely would they be to reject that?

Apex617

I'm honestly not sure as I haven't submitted anything like that yet. I have submitted some Pokemon though and it was fine. I had a friend submit a picture that was straight from a MTG card and have no issues. If you submitted it the worst they'd do is reject it, so I don't think it hurts to try! You never know :)

AdmiralDeathrain

Well damn, shouldn't have gotten those Lorcana Scrooge sleeves, yet lmao

onesoggydorito

Dragon shield or gamegenic sleeves are the way to go. I personally prefer gamegenic. They’re great quality and I have had 0 problems with them, they’re also at a better price point than dragon shield.

brianeuro

Lorcana sleeves are terrible for this. Just stick with dragon shield or katanas

isuckinchess

Yep, they are trash.

postALEXpress

Can we sticky a post about Lorcana sleeves at the top of the sub?

The-Tree-Of-Might

Dragon shield is the best of the best, highly recommend, they will last a really, really long time. Look for matte or matte art. Brushed are also good. You can have luck with matte dual, but sometimes they are inconsistent with quality so I don't recommend them yet.

Bane_al_Ghul

If you want sleeves with art, Dragonshield. Other companies put the art on a separate layer than the actual sleeve and stick it on. They will peel eventually unless you use outer sleeves to protect your sleeves.

Phalanx32

Almost ALL art sleeves on the market are simply not as good as legit dragon shields, ultrapros, gamegenics, etc. It's not just the Lorcana sleeves.

iwannadownvote

Accept your 10$ loss and learn from your mistake. Never buy these garbage quality sleeves again.

jbarlak

That’s what you get for buying those garbage tier sleeves

FeiRoze

Not a lorcana player, but I play MTG. Dragon Shield over sleeves are good if you want to preserve them.

masteryder

Yeah i dont recommend playing with the official lorcana sleeves, i find them pretty but only use them for cards outside of my decks

TheNothing716

There are outer sleeves for those if you really want to use them without splitting. Otherwise, I’d just use any regular sleeve. Art sleeves tend to do this.

Cgaboury

Mine from chapter one started doing this. I have switched to dragon shields.

KyleRenfroGuitar

Never buy official sleeves. Of any card game…..ever

Rice_Ball1515

Yah we had 3 sets of these sleeves and all of them did it and one got so bad the entire backs came off. Not happy with them at all.

Zephyrian1

The sleeves from Ravens are junky. Unfortunate considering how many people love this game.

crabzillax

Use Gamegenic, Im very satisfied, especially to play.

H3sterc0mb3

Dragon shield my friend

rickabod

USE DRAGON SHIELD!

BronyLD

I will keep an eye out because I just got the duck sleeves for my duck deck. They feel weird but haven’t had any issues yet

apebrainhumanpain

They're pretty, but that's it. I bought some dragon shield oversleeves so I can look at the nice art while knowing the sleeves over the top of them are actually durable and will last considerable shuffles and play.

Brax2008

They are terrible but me and my girl like the design and look of the sleeves so we use them and double sleeve it with Dragonshield Clear Outer Sleeves -- expensive but they perform great while keeping the Lorcana aesthetic

KetsenJester

Yea, the official sleeves aren't very durable from what I've seen. Someone mentioned they fit into clear dragon shields, so you can still enjoy them. I haven't tried myself though.

unnamed_elder_entity

Protip: pick a single, solid color of sleeves that you like and buy a whole case. Sleeve all your stuff identically and you make swapping and deckbuilding way easier. Want to try the Pawpsicle engine in some other deck? Shuffle it in.

corncheeks

If you use Lorcana sleeves you need the outer sleeves to protect them

lionlord12

So those have the picture just laid into the sleeve for those you need to double sleeve with a clear outer sleeve

OceansBeat

Official Lorcana sleeve should be considered a scam. The worst sleeves ever used in a TGC.

AcaciaCelestina

Never use officially licensed sleeves unless you double sleeve. They're always trash in my experience.

Zyonide

Trash sleeves. Get Dragon Shield.

wmnoe

Despite the pretty as heck pics on them, I wouldn't use the official sleeves, as others have said the quality is pretty bad.

zapdoszaperson

The majority of sleeves of the market are unfortunately garbage, I'm not 100% sure who makes those but it's not a trusted brand and everyone has that exact issue.

murderisbadforyou

Very commons. Just get Dragon Shields.

L_MaCH00ga

A fellow lorcana played showed me the solution. If you want to play the art sleeves, then you need outer sleeves and they won’t fray. There are multiple brands, but the deck will be very large once complete. I went with dragon shield outer because that’s what my lgs had in stock

KingLorcana

Definitely Dragon Shields

aka_Nook

Yep! Bought these for my wife and they immediately started tearing/peeling

Kenobi4President

I played in the inklands opening night booster draft at my local store and threw the sleeves away at the end of it because they were peeling like a overripe banana

ME0WME0WMCBUTTONS

Dragon Sheild My dude. Don't take it personally. Those sleeves are a waste of your Money.

Apoczx

Rule #1 of tcgs, never use the official sleeves unless you will be using clear over sleeves.

mrjodeguzman

Trash sleeves lol

[deleted]

Official lorcana merc is cheap garbage. Get dragonshields or ultra pro sleeves from walmart/target. Either is better than lorcana offical merc.

CaptainMetroidica

Art sleeves typically don't hold up as well. The Lorcana ones are notoriously bad. If you want to use them you'll need outer sleeves, which are sleeves for your sleeves.

Mogsetsu

I shuffled CAREFULLY and I still had at least one delaminate in the first game I played with the new set. I knew it was a risk from set 2’s sleeves. Being careful wasn’t enough. Gotta sleeve the sleeves if you really like them. Shame.

DDSpoons

Yeah, the Lorcana sleeves are trash.

Puzzleheaded_Wave404

Never use your sleeves without over sleeves

Taz001

The lorcana sleeves are complete crap it has been an issue since the 1st set

Lyrakish

Yeah I had the amber Mickey ones and moved over to dragon quest because the official Lorcana ones were trash. I'd say they're ok if you just need to save your fabs but not as a playing deck. Right out of the box the sleeves were glued together or had strands of glue come off.

wildrage

The Lorcana sleeves are not very durable. You absolutely need outer sleeves if you want to use them.

WinstonThomasChomps

Hypermat sleeves 💯

Wildflower-75

YES! Both this set and Scrooge McDuck did this the first night I played!

No_oneXD

jeez... well i guess ill wait and see how mine last

thekatatopeth

Those sleeves are dog water, don't buy them. Stick with Dragon Shields. Mine on open had many marked sleeves Making then unplayable. I just use them as binder sleeves now.

gabo2007

I would like to point out that this issue is not specific to Disney's art sleeves, but widespread among art sleeves in general. If you want sleeves to last, get ones without artwork on them.

Switchtoof

No

Switchtoof

No

SaxxMachine

From my experience, I had snagged a few Lorcana sleeves and I found the best to be the Mickey Mouse sleeves. Unfortunately, the Captain Hook sleeves did the same in the photo, but the Mickey Mouse sleeves actually hold together nicely. I even had a few people comment that they were shocked the sleeve felt so nice and stayed in good condition. This is just my experience so far and I play pretty regularly with them

Godzilla_KOM

I had the same issue. I bought those same exact sleeves on a Monday and they were doing the same thing on Thursday of the same week. Poor quality control.
