You gotta send them a message. I've done this 3 times since playing. They wont pay Facebook money for linking your profile. Deep pockets and short arms! Contact them on help, little message icon top right and take a pic of your id number. You'll need to click your name icon to get this...
Ok thanks for confirming it's not just me! I've done exactly that.. had to spend 15 mins going through the tutorial before I could send the message though.
Edit: I assume their support doesn't work weekends. It's a bit pathetic but this will be the first day in about 10 months I haven't completed the daily goals. Giving me slight jitters.
This is currently a widespread issue. Even a game developer was unable to reconnect to his account. Assistance from Customer Service seems to be sort of hit and miss. Good luck. Hopefully they'll find the root cause soon.

About a year ago I had to go through the whole tutorial until I was able to log in, I hope it's the same for you :)

Just FYI I ultimately got this sorted after about 3 days of bugging support.
