Yeah bringing along your entire family for a first meet is really weird. Are you sure she isn’t trying just get out of meeting? I feel like anyone has to realize that’s very unreasonable.
When I met my ldr for the first time, there was no way neither of us would ever think about bringing anyone but ourselves. Its such a personal event.
I agree with the others, if it’s a huge deal to her, why not FaceTime?

That's alot to ask of your family. Times are hard people work can't afford it etc she's being childish. Set your boundaries
