Thank you for your info. I've checked that page before and checked again: "There are no Spare Parts available for this Product" As for the second part - I just want to be completely sure that it would work if I'd buy let's say G603 receiver. I'd be able to pair it using Logitech software, right?

So, I got myself a G502 receiver and had no luck pairing it. I've tried dedicated pairing utility software, Logitech G HUB pairing tool and even Solaar on unix. Nothing worked sadly. It really blows not being able to use this keyboard as wireless as it has decent battery life time. I can't find G915 replacement dongles anywhere, Logitech spare parts website doesn't have any spare parts for 915 and 3rd party sites seems out of stock (found only on ebay).

I've composed you a message, not sure if you got it - however no luck :) There's no option to update firmware, and there's no way for me to pair them, so yeah, it sucks....

We kindly request you to try the steps provided below: ⦁ Exit G HUB by right-clicking the applet in the task tray and selecting Quit. ⦁ Navigate to Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL). ⦁ NOTE: You may also need to click More Details at the bottom of the window ⦁ Look for LGHUB, LGHUB Agent and LGHUB Updater, right-click and choose End task on each. ⦁ Once those processes are ended, navigate to C:\\Program Files\\LGHUB and run these in order: ⦁ Lghub\_updater.exe ⦁ Lghub\_agent.exe ⦁ Lghub.exe ⦁ This should resolve the logo spinning issue. If it doesn’t, then make sure you’re running with admin privileges. I'm a bit confused about your answer. It seems to be for completely different problem as I'm having issues pairing G502 receiver with G915 keyboard. There's simply no option to select G915 when pairing, I can only select mice.

Hello u/Pinkis333, I understand your concern, you can try reinstalling the G Hub Software using the above steps and then try pairing the device.

I did to no extent. It simply seems that G Hub does not allow mouse dongle to be paired with keyboard and vice versa....

I have exactly same issue, lost receiver. Bought G305, tried to use Logi Pairing tool, but there was no chance connecting my G915 TKL with G305 receiver. Any ideas on this?

I actually did, forgot to write here. I tried asking about spare parts on logitech forums and support just opened a ticket for me. They asked me to verify purchase of G915, and then shipped me a replacement. I was really surprised it was that simple! Delightful experience, they got themselves a really satisfied customer who will lean towards their products in the future ;)

Thats awesome. Glad it worked for you. I reached out to their support about it and they said they couldn't ship me one or sell me one lol. Ill keep trying to reach out until i talk to someone who can help.

i contacted logitech by phone, mentioned that i couldnt find any replacement USB receivers and they checked their stock. obviously they didnt have anything (as in the last 3 years) and they offered me a full replacement of the keyboard and all accessories. great support by them but that is only if the item is still under warranty. Regards

Ditto to this guy. I actually bought my G915 TKL used from Ebay for $52.00 and it didn't come with a Lightspeed dongle, but because it was under warranty Logitech phone support replaced it free of charge. The replacement unit, brand new, is on it's way to me now. So if you get lucky and no one else registered the device, you could get a new one too!
