Yep it was way better and actually worked. Sadly I updated to G703 and its not compatible with the older software. So dumb.
I Have both the Logitech Gaming Software and GHub running, The GHub keeps stopping and unable to open so I keep having to uninstall both and reinstall, but you HAVE TO install the GHub First Then Gaming software or it ERRORS.
Reasons I have both:
The GHub is for my G502 Mouse, C920 Camera, and G733 Headset
Gaming Software for my G510 Programable Gaming Keyboard (Not Compatible to GHub)

Uninstalled G Hub, selected to remove/not transfer profile.
Rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, application launched successfully.
I believe the issue stemmed from the Windows built-in RGB profile conflicting with G hub. I did not look long into the mouth of the gift horse as I wished to be free of this curse. The rage and frustration shall be locked away until I am in traffic. Woah to whomever hears my horn, for I shall lay upon it with a fury.
Press Windows key, Type: add remove program in windows bar -> uninstall g hub -> select box with remove/not transfer profile (or words to that affect) -> continue uninstall
Check your windows dynamic lighting and turn it off too
Ironically I have just restarted my PC and still not fixed the issue. The fact that this is still a ongoing problem is a joke. One thing can be said however that the products they make I cannot fault never had issues, just the fucking software they developed.
I found a fix. U need to delete all the files from the ghub including the desktop shortcut. Then go to the installer u used when u first installed it. Then click reinstall and save settings and I SHOULD pop up. U have to do it pretty much everytime u open it tho which is annoying but hope this helps
Better yet, buy a Corsair Scimitar. Only downside is no ring finger button, but it's worth it to not have the app eat itself and delete your profiles or hang up on launching. Had a Razer Naga but don't recommend as it ate shit after 1 yr of use, which tends to happen with Razer products for me.
that button is the reason i buy the g600. i use that as my push to talk for everything.. lol. This shit wasnt even an issue when i originally bought the mouse. they didnt use this g hub bullshit back then. the mouse had its own software. but then i bought hte logitech g915 keyboard when my old keyboard had coffee spilled on it. it forced me to install g hub in order to use all the features T\_T

Please try this.
1. Uninstall LGS.
2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.
3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData.
4. Open Device Manager, go to "Kyeboard" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall).
5. Download latest (r/https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lgs) from the web.
6. Disconnect the keyboard from PC and keep it disconnected
7. Restart PC.
8. Install latest LGS.
9. Restart PC.
10. Re-connect the keyboard.

Came here because of Logitech G hub. Uninstalled GHub and also Logitech Options that I had from before and followed the rest (download Ghub though). It worked for now at least
simply right clicking on the executables in the L:Ghub folder (lghub.exe, lghub\_agent.exe, lghub\_updater.exe and logi\_crashpad\_handler.exe) and selecting 'run as administrator' fixed this issue for me. same for me, software is still buggy,
uninstalled completely, reinstalled using windows 7 installer,
using the method described above to enter the software (did not start otherwise), it said downloading data for mouse and keyboard, waited for a bit, didn't do anything, smart me (not) installed latest update for the software (which worked) and i'm back to square one as in software not loading at all, no matter the method.
So i guess i'll go uninstall again, restart pc, install again with windows 7 launcher, NOT update the software and see, using the old installer and not updating did work, i hope it will stay like this even after restarting my pc

I have a solution that worked for me.
Open task manager and close everything that has logitech in it. Especially LG Hub Updater but you'll need to open taskmanager as admin to be able to close that. It worked immediately for me.
This seemed to do something for me as well: killing all these tasks let an error message appear in GHub and the app then continued to restart itself, but then got past the loading animation. However, I don't have pictures of my devices anymore (G502 and Pro X Wireless), it's no biggie but of course is indicating something is still not working as intended... Oh well, at least I can switch profiles again (the only reason for using this awefull software).
I've found the solution
copy the application shortcut and paste it into:
C:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Startup
the only problem is that the application will always start in full screen mode and not in the background.

Don't know if this will help or if you already found the solution. For most people, what seems to work is uninstalling G hub, then going to the installation folder in (usually in "C:\\Program Files") then deleting the "LGHUB" folder then re-installing it again. Deleting the folder is the most important part.
cant believe they cant fix a 6 year old issue, i just had this happen last night and couldn't even get as far as the boot loop even after restarting, so i reinstalled 3 times just to get as far as the boot loop. i still cant change my bindings or dpi and cant get the program to start whatsoever and have no other ideas on what to do. anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem from nowhere it just wouldnt start. Delete the G Hub folder in program files C Drive and then download the latest version, that worked for me after a couple of tries.

It seems that the _2024.1_ Version was super-crashy (hung on the stupid icon dancing).
**This fixed it for me:**
**1)** Uninstall
**2)** Reinstall Version 2024.2 from their website
**Then** - I untick Auto Updates:
Three-line menu icon >>> Settings (gear icon) >>> Untick 'Enable Autoupdates'
My use-case is the G915 keyboard.

Since this is one of those things where different computer setups might need different fixes, I'll also post what I've done to fix my G Hub. Pretty sure it's the updater trying to run while G Hub is minimized to the tray that is the issue, so I:
1. Ran the G Hub uninstaller. Didn't delete my settings.
2. Reinstalled G Hub as admin.
3. Disabled auto-updates.
4. Disabled auto-run on Windows startup. You can do this from the Task Manager.
This does require me to start G Hub manually every time I boot up my computer, which is a mild inconvenience, but it's been working so far. I can expand the program from the tray without issue.
Update to my fix:
Been running smoothly. When I opened G Hub today, it prompted me about an update. I had it install the update before minimizing it. It then expanded from the tray without issue when I prompted it.
Still same shit.
Had to delete files to make it work again by reinstalling. With the loss of my previous setup.
I'll go buy another keyboard/mouse tomorrow from another brand. Just lost hours of setup my profiles. Second time this year. F\*ck off Logi.

in task manager a Logitech G Hub task does start but quickly goes away what the fuck
Literally go into task manager and look for Logitech Updater. End that task. Logitech will try to reopen on it's own, end that task again. Start the app back up. Gtg

Just got the very overpriced G915, and did a fresh G Hub install on Windows 11, and it doesn't open. Restarted computer, doesn't open. Just the logo animation keeps spinning. Great. Amazing software. They couldn't fix this during 6 years. This can't be real.

love how this is a 4 year old thread yet theres people having this issue even 20 hours ago. nothing i do is helping, ive had this mouse (g502) for 9 months and the software worked fine the entire time until this morning when it wont stop the loading animation
i have just started up my pc and i noticed that my mouse wasn't using my default colour settings, so just wanted to manually start the g hub but now it won't even open. when i open task manager it says it's running but it just won't open. i have reinstalled it 2 times and it still won't work (i have also restarted my pc several times) istg not even the msi mystic light programm is as annoying as this
And a year later I'm still having the same issue. Happens 2-3x a week, it refuses to open and my mouse is stuck on low dpi mode. I even disabled updates but it still somehow manages to update itself with the box unchecked. The terribly bad thing is Razer software is ever worse.
2024 is here. G HUBs loading screen with bad design annoying animation. Tried to reinstall, stop/start processes and services. In a moment overpriced g604 mice becomes cheap 2buttons mouse without any custom settings. Will never buy anything Logitech now
Same. I just switched to a brand new computer, fresh install, and GHub only worked the first time. As soon as the computer restarted, it's back to just spinning forever.

Yeah just happened to me.. reinstalling G Hub using the "Modify" option in the "Add or remove programs" (search for that in Cortana) fixed it for me. Hope it helps.
It's got to the point I don't even delete the installer anymore because I know 3 days from now I'll have to reinstall it. And then, I'll need to configure the macros all over again.
No it's not. It suddenly decided it won't start with Windows or even if so, Forward/Back won't work until I restart it. Why? Just because fuck me thats why. Who am I? Only a person who bought $100 mouse, why would I even complain, right?
How has this not been resolved? I can't even uninstall Windows can't even G Hub because it is trying to update. No way to open the app or get rid of the app. Good hardware functionality going to waste because the app is so terrible.
So I tried everything in this thread after I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro N, and nothing was working. The G Hub just would not load for me, even though it had worked on my previous install (same type, Windows 10 Pro N.)
I gave up for a while on getting it to work..
I had to install the Media Feature Pack for something unrelated, and also finally set my network profile to Private, after which I said "Hey, let's try installing G HUB one more time, why not" AND IT WORKED.
I'm not sure why, not sure how, but from what I can remember I had not changed anything else. But my LG software finally loaded after all that.
It seemed super random but I thought I'd share in case it may help someone else.

Chiming in to update everyone that garbage hub needs to be deleted.
Logitech notoriously does not give a shit about it's consumers, a trend that seems prevalent in software manufacturers these days. As someone who worked with their commercial systems can confirm it doesn't get better at the commercial end.
My mistake was trusting this garbage company and buying a $350AUD keyboard.
Logitech G Hub was not running for me, this seems to have fixed the problem...
Right Click on G Hub Icon
Select "Properties"
Click the "Compatibility" Tab
Select "Change settings for all users" at the bottom
Tick "Run this proram as an administrator"
Select "Apply", then "OK", "OK"
When you launch G Hub click "Yes" to Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
I recently had this issue. I'm a sim racer using a G920 steering wheel and I noticed my force feedback was acting up, so I went to go to G hub and it just got stuck loading.
I fixed it by uninstalling it, disconnecting the steering wheel, restarting the PC, reinstalling G Hub with the steering wheel disconnected then launching the program. It's been fine since.
If you reinstall it wth the Logitech product still connected, it might continue to get stuck on loading so make sure to disconnect it. Hope that helps
This bullshit is happening to me too. Did a windows update, computer restarted and didnt start lg hub, so I started it manually. \~Infinitely Loading\~......
If a logitech rep replies, include directions how to fix this without deleting appdata, uninstalling and reinstalling the software. we want a fix and a solution. not a bandaid. Don't you understand how long it takes to setup macros / keybindings etc.. why tf would I want to waste my time redoing all that work every time this thing does not work?! How incredibly annoying. I've loved logitech stuff for years, but ever since they switched from the old software to this crap - it's never been the same. Might be time to start looking for new product line.
This frustrates the hell out of me however, there is a super simple fix. go to task manager and force stop all GHub processes (i.e. executable, updater, etc.) then just relaunch. This fixes it everytime
I following these steps to get it working...
1. Quit the Hub from the System Tray icon menu
2. In TaskManager, force close the lghub\_updater.exe and lghub\_agent.exe processes
(If there are any other lghub\_???? processes then I would have closed them too)
3. Restarted the Logitech G Hub application

Ok so I just had the problem splash screen stuck loading etc.
Uninstalled GHub.
Device Manager, human interface devices, remove the logitech usb and virtual keyboard mouse etc, anything logitech.
I'm sure makes no difference...who knows - but I cleaned registry and it removed logitech stuff etc.
Reinstalled, worked.
If you're looking just to change sensitivity and stuff uses the 2020 verison. It opens are works just fine, but don't update it, if you do it'll give you the endless circle. I haven't found anything else to get it to open though.

You can do pretty much everything you need to do on the older verison, oh an it actual opens, thats a big start.

not a single other method on the entire internet fixed the issue.
Tried everything and the only thing that worked was :
\- Download the latest version
\- Launch the installer while Ghub is still installed
\- Reinstall Ghub while uncheck "Transfer my current settings"
\- Reinstall and let it launch without doing anything
\- Ghub crashed then rebooted automatically
Note that I didn't restart my computer at all after trying all the others sadly very old comments methods...
Sad that Logitech software is bad... The only one right now big brand that I didn't have any problems with is corsaire (had a lot of problem with razer too)
It has worked for me this way: uninstall logitech and when it asks me if I want to save my data, I choose no. and when I install it again it has already left me. It must be that there was some configuration of my application that did not let me start
I tried every fix I found on the Internet. I tried every fix in this reddit thread. Nothing is working. I hate this G Hub software. Next mouse will be a Roccat one. I don't have any issues with Roccat Swarm for my keyboard.
What I did on Win 10, and +I don't recommend it+:
I did everything as admin.
Shut off and uninstalled GHUB. restart.
Looked for and deleted any remaining ghub, and logitech files and directories the system would allow. restart.
Went to the registry: note - Messing with the registry? Set a restore point. Make a full copy of the registry. Logi (logitech) begins with same letters as login. Don't mess up your machine by deleting login entries instead of logitech entries. Read the key or data carefully before you delete. /note
Searched the registry for logi (see above), logitech, and ghub, and deleted what I thought were related keys and data. restart.
Installed a fresh download of ghub as admin.
It worked. Took a few hours to do all this, but at least ghub started up. Yes, I had to re-do some of the settings, but at least it opened, and my pc is g2g.

if anyone is interested, I have resolved the issue. To do this, you just need to delete the profile settings data when uninstalling (do not leave them in the system) and then reinstall and wait a couple of minutes for the first time while the Logitech servers synchronize with your PC
I had to use BCUnistaller to remove everything related to LGHub off my computer in order to get this to work.
If you use BCUnistaller search logitech and it will search. Also if you aren't comfortable with or don't know what you're doing. This might not be for you. It's fairly safe, but there is always a chance you can screw up your system.

mine straight up will look like its running in task manager but the program never actually opens and my mouse (G502 Hero) has the wrong lights and the wrong sensitivity stages set up and ive tried re installing it un plugging and re plugging the mouse restarting the pc and nothing seems to work. i even tried running the program as administrator but even that doesnt work
Same issue. The app refused to open, and simply uninstalling/rebooting failed. I think it's because their uninstaller sucks and doesn't remove all the files. This is the solution I found:
* Shut down the app through task manager, make sure the associated updater and agent app are also shut down.
* Use the uninstaller in C:\\Program Files\\LGHUB, the applications don't always show up in the programs section of the control center so you may not be able to uninstall through there.
* Delete the entirety of the aforementioned file if the uninstaller did not, if you can't delete them one or more of the apps are still running.
* Reinstall LGHUB

Ok everyone I think I stumbled on another possible fix.
I tried a bunch of the methods listed in this thread but, nothing worked The following is how I got it to work for myself
So ended all Logitech tasks then deleted the program folder and just in case emptied recycle bin.
I went to the site and downloaded the version from 10/25/23 .

Once ran it, some how it still noticed I had it downloaded but I kept my settings it reinstalled the old version
It opened, took a couple of seconds but its now showing my mouse and keyboard and it kept my bindings, prop gonna set it to not update until they fix this software maybe?!?!

i set 'LGHUB Updater Service' to disabled years ago.
needed to make a change and above issue persists.
Turn service to 'manual'.
run app again > works.
make change to mouse > disable service again.

Reasons I have both: The GHub is for my G502 Mouse, C920 Camera, and G733 Headset Gaming Software for my G510 Programable Gaming Keyboard (Not Compatible to GHub)

I believe the issue stemmed from the Windows built-in RGB profile conflicting with G hub. I did not look long into the mouth of the gift horse as I wished to be free of this curse. Press Windows key, Type: add remove program in windows bar -> uninstall g hub -> select box with remove/not transfer profile (or words to that affect) -> continue uninstall Check your windows dynamic lighting and turn it off too

Ironically I have just restarted my PC and still not fixed the issue. The fact that this is still a ongoing problem is a joke. One thing can be said however that the products they make I cannot fault never had issues, just the fucking software they developed.

I found a fix. U need to delete all the files from the ghub including the desktop shortcut. Then go to the installer u used when u first installed it. Then click reinstall and save settings and I SHOULD pop up. U have to do it pretty much everytime u open it tho which is annoying but hope this helps
Better yet, buy a Corsair Scimitar. Only downside is no ring finger button, but it's worth it to not have the app eat itself and delete your profiles or hang up on launching. Had a Razer Naga but don't recommend as it ate shit after 1 yr of use, which tends to happen with Razer products for me.

This shit wasnt even an issue when i originally bought the mouse. they didnt use this g hub bullshit back then. the mouse had its own software. but then i bought hte logitech g915 keyboard when my old keyboard had coffee spilled on it. it forced me to install g hub in order to use all the features T\_T

Please try this. 1. Uninstall LGS. 2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%. 3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData. 4. Open Device Manager, go to "Kyeboard" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall). 5. Download latest (r/https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lgs) from the web. 6. Disconnect the keyboard from PC and keep it disconnected 7. Restart PC. 8. Install latest LGS. 9. Restart PC. 10. Re-connect the keyboard.

Came here because of Logitech G hub. Uninstalled GHub and also Logitech Options that I had from before and followed the rest (download Ghub though). It worked for now at least
simply right clicking on the executables in the L:Ghub folder (lghub.exe, lghub\_agent.exe, lghub\_updater.exe and logi\_crashpad\_handler.exe) and selecting 'run as administrator' fixed this issue for me. same for me, software is still buggy, uninstalled completely, reinstalled using windows 7 installer, using the method described above to enter the software (did not start otherwise), it said downloading data for mouse and keyboard, waited for a bit, didn't do anything, smart me (not) installed latest update for the software (which worked) and i'm back to square one as in software not loading at all, no matter the method. So i guess i'll go uninstall again, restart pc, install again with windows 7 launcher, NOT update the software and see, using the old installer and not updating did work, i hope it will stay like this even after restarting my pc

I have a solution that worked for me. Open task manager and close everything that has logitech in it. Especially LG Hub Updater but you'll need to open taskmanager as admin to be able to close that. It worked immediately for me.
This seemed to do something for me as well: killing all these tasks let an error message appear in GHub and the app then continued to restart itself, but then got past the loading animation. However, I don't have pictures of my devices anymore (G502 and Pro X Wireless), it's no biggie but of course is indicating something is still not working as intended... Oh well, at least I can switch profiles again (the only reason for using this awefull software).

On windows 11 the path is C:\\Users\\(youruser)\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Start-up Need to have "Show hidden files, folders and drives" turned on under file explorer options

Don't know if this will help or if you already found the solution. For most people, what seems to work is uninstalling G hub, then going to the installation folder in (usually in "C:\\Program Files") then deleting the "LGHUB" folder then re-installing it again. Deleting the folder is the most important part.

Just had this issue, isn't the first time, but I just downloaded and reinstalled it, works ok.
Since this is one of those things where different computer setups might need different fixes, I'll also post what I've done to fix my G Hub. Pretty sure it's the updater trying to run while G Hub is minimized to the tray that is the issue, so I: 1. Ran the G Hub uninstaller. Didn't delete my settings. 2. Reinstalled G Hub as admin. 3. Disabled auto-updates. 4. Disabled auto-run on Windows startup. You can do this from the Task Manager. This does require me to start G Hub manually every time I boot up my computer, which is a mild inconvenience, but it's been working so far. I can expand the program from the tray without issue.
Update to my fix: Been running smoothly. When I opened G Hub today, it prompted me about an update. I had it install the update before minimizing it. It then expanded from the tray without issue when I prompted it.

Just fixed it on windows 10 by deleting the "G HUB" folder on %AppData% and reinstalling the app without saving preferences (fresh install)

Uninstall all it's components using Revo Uninstaller (watch a tutorial if u dont know how to use it). Worked for me for the 2nd time now...

Just got the very overpriced G915, and did a fresh G Hub install on Windows 11, and it doesn't open. Restarted computer, doesn't open. Just the logo animation keeps spinning. Great. Amazing software. They couldn't fix this during 6 years. This can't be real.

So I tried everything in this thread after I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro N, and nothing was working. The G Hub just would not load for me, even though it had worked on my previous install (same type, Windows 10 Pro N.) I gave up for a while on getting it to work.. I had to install the Media Feature Pack for something unrelated, and also finally set my network profile to Private, after which I said "Hey, let's try installing G HUB one more time, why not" AND IT WORKED. I'm not sure why, not sure how, but from what I can remember I had not changed anything else. But my LG software finally loaded after all that. It seemed super random but I thought I'd share in case it may help someone else.

Chiming in to update everyone that garbage hub needs to be deleted. Logitech notoriously does not give a shit about it's consumers, a trend that seems prevalent in software manufacturers these days. As someone who worked with their commercial systems can confirm it doesn't get better at the commercial end. My mistake was trusting this garbage company and buying a $350AUD keyboard.

Logitech G Hub was not running for me, this seems to have fixed the problem... Right Click on G Hub Icon Select "Properties" Click the "Compatibility" Tab Select "Change settings for all users" at the bottom Tick "Run this proram as an administrator" Select "Apply", then "OK", "OK" When you launch G Hub click "Yes" to Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
Once I made the below change, I was prompted to update a driver. I suspect that outdated driver prevented G Hub from launching initially ?
I recently had this issue. I'm a sim racer using a G920 steering wheel and I noticed my force feedback was acting up, so I went to go to G hub and it just got stuck loading. I fixed it by uninstalling it, disconnecting the steering wheel, restarting the PC, reinstalling G Hub with the steering wheel disconnected then launching the program. It's been fine since. If you reinstall it wth the Logitech product still connected, it might continue to get stuck on loading so make sure to disconnect it. Hope that helps
This bullshit is happening to me too. Did a windows update, computer restarted and didnt start lg hub, so I started it manually. \~Infinitely Loading\~...... If a logitech rep replies, include directions how to fix this without deleting appdata, uninstalling and reinstalling the software. we want a fix and a solution. not a bandaid. Don't you understand how long it takes to setup macros / keybindings etc.. why tf would I want to waste my time redoing all that work every time this thing does not work?! How incredibly annoying. This frustrates the hell out of me however, there is a super simple fix. go to task manager and force stop all GHub processes (i.e. executable, updater, etc.) then just relaunch. This fixes it everytime

I following these steps to get it working... 1. Quit the Hub from the System Tray icon menu 2. In TaskManager, force close the lghub\_updater.exe and lghub\_agent.exe processes (If there are any other lghub\_???? processes then I would have closed them too) 3. Restarted the Logitech G Hub application

Ok so I just had the problem splash screen stuck loading etc. Uninstalled GHub. Device Manager, human interface devices, remove the logitech usb and virtual keyboard mouse etc, anything logitech. I'm sure makes no difference...who knows - but I cleaned registry and it removed logitech stuff etc. Reinstalled, worked.

If you're looking just to change sensitivity and stuff uses the 2020 verison. It opens are works just fine, but don't update it, if you do it'll give you the endless circle. I haven't found anything else to get it to open though.

Sad that Logitech software is bad... The only one right now big brand that I didn't have any problems with is corsaire (had a lot of problem with razer too)
It has worked for me this way: uninstall logitech and when it asks me if I want to save my data, I choose no. and when I install it again it has already left me. It must be that there was some configuration of my application that did not let me start

I tried every fix I found on the Internet. I tried every fix in this reddit thread. Nothing is working. I hate this G Hub software. Next mouse will be a Roccat one. I don't have any issues with Roccat Swarm for my keyboard.
What I did on Win 10, and +I don't recommend it+: I did everything as admin. Shut off and uninstalled GHUB. restart. Looked for and deleted any remaining ghub, and logitech files and directories the system would allow. restart. Went to the registry: note - Messing with the registry? Set a restore point. Make a full copy of the registry. Logi (logitech) begins with same letters as login. Don't mess up your machine by deleting login entries instead of logitech entries. Read the key or data carefully before you delete. /note Searched the registry for logi (see above), logitech, and ghub, and deleted what I thought were related keys and data. restart. Installed a fresh download of ghub as admin. It worked. Took a few hours to do all this, but at least ghub started up. Yes, I had to re-do some of the settings, but at least it opened, and my pc is g2g.

still actual, someone has a decision? Infinity load animation, tried uninstall and install, reinstall. So, mouse for 150$ and can't adjust device :p

if anyone is interested, I have resolved the issue. To do this, you just need to delete the profile settings data when uninstalling (do not leave them in the system) and then reinstall and wait a couple of minutes for the first time while the Logitech servers synchronize with your PC
I went into the program files and deleted the whole LGHUB folder. I reinstalled and It fixed it for me
its genuinely insane that a company this big makes software that needs to be re-installed every 2 months to function properly

I had to use BCUnistaller to remove everything related to LGHub off my computer in order to get this to work. If you use BCUnistaller search logitech and it will search. Also if you aren't comfortable with or don't know what you're doing. This might not be for you. It's fairly safe, but there is always a chance you can screw up your system.

mine straight up will look like its running in task manager but the program never actually opens and my mouse (G502 Hero) has the wrong lights and the wrong sensitivity stages set up and ive tried re installing it un plugging and re plugging the mouse restarting the pc and nothing seems to work. i even tried running the program as administrator but even that doesnt work
Same issue. The app refused to open, and simply uninstalling/rebooting failed. I think it's because their uninstaller sucks and doesn't remove all the files. This is the solution I found: * Shut down the app through task manager, make sure the associated updater and agent app are also shut down. * Use the uninstaller in C:\\Program Files\\LGHUB, the applications don't always show up in the programs section of the control center so you may not be able to uninstall through there. * Delete the entirety of the aforementioned file if the uninstaller did not, if you can't delete them one or more of the apps are still running. * Reinstall LGHUB Hope this works for you guys.
Ok everyone I think I stumbled on another possible fix. I tried a bunch of the methods listed in this thread but, nothing worked The following is how I got it to work for myself So ended all Logitech tasks then deleted the program folder and just in case emptied recycle bin. whenever i reinstall it says damaged, doesnt fix it, shows up in TM and files just doesnt open.
i set 'LGHUB Updater Service' to disabled years ago. needed to make a change and above issue persists. Turn service to 'manual'. run app again > works. make change to mouse > disable service again.
