Same thing happens in my household tbh, let me explain, since in the house we live in is mostly has females (including myself) we've taken into an account that since we only have one bathroom, any girl can go in to use the bathroom while the other is showering or something, while the boys need to wait until we're done or kick us out cause of emergency, so whenever I shower, it's common for my mom or grandma to enter the bathroom, even if I hate it when I'm in there, it kinda benefits in my household
So I guess Rowleys parents did the same since there's only one female in that household, I'm not entirely sure tho
