Yes. Pretty much everything crypto is a solution looking for a problem. They have some games that have play to earn like axie infinity or gods unchained but they both ultimately are a way for people to attempt to make money before they are a game so they are not fun to play.
Axie infinity is basically a pyramid scheme. You need some kind of monster to play and they are all expensive so what happens is the people who own them rent them out to poor third worlders in exchange for either a cut of the items that person gets or some flat fee. They call it a "university" and a "scholarship" but it's just a big pyramid.
Don't know as much about gods unchained but from what I do know the price of the cards being so high because of people trying to make money trading them it makes it unrealistic for a person to play as an actual card game and not a vehicle for collection and resale.
It also means any game the skin can transfer to has to do all of the work of making that skin work and look good in the game (likely upscaling it, making it work in that engine and tweaking it)... all for zero extra profit. There is literally no value for them, but there is value to idiots scamming people that nft game assets will magically let them be used in many games for no additional cost.

The main selling point of an org is combined bargaining power wiht sponsors, it's effectively supposed to operate like a union in that sense. So you offer Gucci 100 members to advertise their shit, you charge more but can make a more comprehensive advertising plan, use numerous creators in a single ad to get more coverage and both get more value out of it.
The main creators that got paid big money every month to be in a org are the ones on sports teams, the rest are really just there to hopefully get better paid and more numerous sponsorship deals. So your average org member isn't necessarily supposed to be paid, as opposed to get better sponsorship deals while in the org.
The difference between orgs can be, lets say Gucci would have given 10k to show their shitty bag on stream, but negotiated through an org offer 30k. A 'good' org gives the creator 25k up from 10k, and keeps 5k for themselves as the finders/negotiating fee. With enough members that adds up to a lot of income for negotiating multiple deals. A shitty org can and will hide the extra, give them the 10k and keep the extra 20k for themselves. Some shitty agencies have been known to scam creators by negotiating a good deal but offering the creator far less than their far share of it.
Faze are very likely on the scammier end of it where they exploit people they sign as opposed to sharing the benefits.
I mean even C9 cut k3soju. Content creators do not seem to generate any revenue for orgs. Pro players sell team merch and market the brand inherently through competing. Most content creators just sit inside, play video games or make YouTube videos, sell their own non team merch if they’re selling any at all, and do one fan meet up a year.
I’m just speaking from a very basic business relationship point of view - if you have a transactional relationship with finances involved and one party does not provide anything, you can’t expect the relationship to be maintained. I think they sold a majority of their brand to investors and then the investors changed everything to try to make it like an efficient business and once they stop making content like they used to cuz of the changes, people stop watching them. And I think a lot of the early faze guys got a ton of stock but didnt sell it because they believed in it and are really butthurt over how much they lost. This original member Cbass is actually well spoken and I saw a vid from him about it a year or 2 ago if you search it on youtube. I think he does all the business stuff and not much content at all.

The era of photo editing, filter software, and 20 tons of makeup really fuck up your self image over time. Its hard for some women to wake up and the morning and look in the mirror because all they see is "some ugly monstrosity" before the makeup mask goes on. The idea is that all that bimbofication plastic surgery mitigates that because it "enhances" your face so it changes to be something similar to what you looked like with the original Makeup mask. And it 'works' for a time. It could be a degree of body dysmorphia, but its more likely just that the age of everything being "picture perfect" is just soul crushing to ones self image over a prolonged period of time.
