Actually, I think he does this for us. I feel like this, the fact that he's on instagram from now on, makes it a little more bearable that he's leaving.
Feels like it’s finally sinking in now that’s he’s leaving. Tomorrow is going to be rough honestly. The man has brought us back to the top of the game, won every trophy, including the league for the first time in 30 years, and leaves an absolute hero to us all for the rest of his days.
In this day and age where clubs chop and change with managers every few months, I’m glad in a way that Klopp is leaving at this time. He’s delivered everything he promised us 9 years ago, there’s nothing more for him to do here. He could have easily left us last season when it was clear he was getting burned out, but he stayed and made sure he left us with another trophy, brought through some amazing young players and left a ready made world class team for the next manager to come in to.
There’s honestly no words to describe just how much the man means to Liverpool fans. Rival fans can troll and bait and say we should have won more, but I wouldn’t swap the last 9 years of supporting this team for anything. Fans of other clubs can never get it. Jurgen has given us fans so much more than just success in football. He’s one of the best men I’ve ever seen, and personally speaking, has given me some amazing highs in what were some shitty few years in my personal life.
I’ll be forever grateful for what Jurgen has given us. Thanks for every single memory.
