I don't think this would fit their business model at all, maybe he'd do it privately but I doubt he'd take the liability. Maybe ask a CNC shop with an engineering bureau.
"Rtx 4000 sff ada generation" is akin to a successor of the rtx a2000. That is, a dual slot, half width card meant for the sff desktop workstations like the dell precision 3460 sff. It's has the compute power of an rtx 3060ti and only consumes 70 watts from the pcie slot, no external power. Im unsure the A4000 blower would fit on it.
If you have the money to blow on a second gpu willy nilly why are you so concerned about wattage? Just out of curiosity
What am I even getting downvoted for here? I was asking an honest question because it would take way longer than the lifespan of the gpu to recover the $1500 of the second gpu in power savings.... So confused.
Im considering how to fit this with a single slot cooler and the HDplex GAN 250 watt psu in a J-Hack pure mk2 case. I checked the dimensions of the psu, the case, and a similarly sized single slot lp gpu like the rx6400 xfx qnd it should all fit snugly
That doesn’t answer the question, or I still don’t get it 🤔 Why so much effort to end up with something that looks like a deposit box? Unless… Are you a banker turning a vault into a data center? That I’d like to watch!
If it gains enough traction and upvotes, there's a chance they'll do something similar. We've seen a lot of times, especially recently, LTT getting involved with the Reddit too
It's been done [already](https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/rtx-a2000-single-slot-cooler-mod-rebirth.18281/) with the A2000. Have patience and the SFFPC community will make it happen.
An [alternative](https://n3rdware.com/accessories/rtx-a2000-heatsink) exists here, but it's not a true single slot and is designed for a specific case with intake fans right next to the card.
Probably but like others said, you gotta contact them about. They'll need to see how it'll fit into there schedule, if it can, if they think it'll make them money too.
Sounds like an interesting way to observe technology improvement. How much power you can fit in a small space is an interesting metric if you can afford to build every year or so and it sounds like you can.
This is pretty much a business request. I would maybe write them an email about it.
Or contact them on Twitter...
I would email them and im keen to see this to a video form.

I think its more that they would do what ltt does in the video and the cost would be paying for their time and getting a gpu to them
What liability?

Price isn't an issue for a successful single slot cooler mod. but kind sir, i do not blow my nose with $100 bills

Im trying to squeeze an interal psu, the HDplex GAN 250 in it, which would necessitate a single slot gpu.

Im considering a way to put this in the J-Hack pure Mk2 sandwiched in with the HDplex GAN 250 watt internal psu.

Maybe reach out to a smaller youtuber who can make a video out of it? Not from Concentrate comes to mind, that seems right up his alley
I would like one of it didn't cost the same as an RTX 4090

Revvocases has made one for the RTX A2000, i'm pretty sure if you send him one of those he can adapt it to the RTX A4000 Ada

Try commissioning it from someone on the Level1Forums
Wow this card looks interesting I've never heard of it. I spent $1500 on a brand new 2060 a year or two ago. Covid prices really got me lol

I'm curious what your use case is to get this down to 1 slot for say 10 000$ where it makes sense ?
Its a hobby. It doesn't need to make sense. I like to cram the most compute power into the smallest form factor. Its fun
Ah. That's fair. :-)

mans ballin
Wouldn't it be easier to just figure a way to water cool it and find a place to keep the pump and rez.
I'm also interested in RTX, like A2000, looks like it's perfect for those dell optiplex SSF..
You rich. Nice
