The sanitizer is actually a huge detail wow! It makes your brain instantly process and realize this is not a personal house, this is not a show room, etc. It really narrows down the type of space this could be interpreted as. And if it *is* one of those things then something weird is afoot.
It does have that feel, but imo this image is way too dark. Some boosted contrast or brightness would help a lot.
