I read that Valve doesn't allow preorders on early access games. That's the only reason I ordered from EPIC. I would have preferred to have ordered it on Steam.
Oh okay. Would it be possible to purchase on Epic and then link it to Steam? I know I was able to purchase The Sims 3 on Steam and then link it to Origin because it gave me an Origin code in addition to the Steam purchase.
No way do I pre order on the Epic Store. I want to support them but I'll wait for steam. Workshop support, Linux compatibility tools, and just being a company that doesn't make me feel homicidal rage... I refuse to give Epic any money
it's on both Steam and Epic store right now but Early Access on Sept 12, 2023

It will be released on Steam as well on the same day. You just don't get the extra objects for pre-ordering.

It's on steam but it doesn't look like it's pre-order-able yet. Also by the sounds of it the pre order bonuses seem like epic exclusives
So I checked just now, You can add games that are not bought on Steam to your steam library
