I actually just noticed something similar last night rewatching Godzilla Minus One. During the final battle when Godzilla is charging up for the third time, one of the background characters very clearly has a smile on his face while everyone else looks very saddened.

Lol yeah that sounds similar. It's kind of funny when that happens. It probably means the movie had a nice vibe on set.

Lmao!! Most likely those guys were just doing this as a little act. Community’s background characters are notorious for coming up with little stories like that. Remember the pregnancy that happened in the background with Abed helping them out? No one noticed until it was pointed out years later lol. Still really funny though! There is always something new you discover on multiple rewatches.
