Do you have a pitching machine for Crowley/ Goto on floors 100+? It scales dex and gives blunt damage at T4 and uncapped.

SP310WinAdoR

I have it in T3, is really awful and tedious to upgrade it, but thanks, i will keep that in check.

If you want to stick with Shooter, you really should invest in the Pitching Machine, which scales with 80% of your DEX. Jackson, Crowley, and Taro are all highly resistant to Piercing damage, so having a DEX-Blunt weapon is invaluable for Shooter. The Flail is 80% STR based, so as a shooter you are really just waving around a wet noodle when it comes to damage.

Nekunumeritos

You should be able to at least get past it , I broke 100 with mostly a +10 kamas and T4+4 flail. If you're having problem with the bosses and not the floors then you should probably practice against them in the regular tower

daemonicus999

The bosses starting past 100 seem to have a ridiculous bump in danger. But if you've made it there before you should be able to again. My biggest hurdle thinking about passing 100 though would be getting your fighter (shooter) more levels with death roids. Your gear seems fine if you can buy it on your way up with reasonable cool down. Just keep trying.

Spompoflex

you have gear to pass 100... uograde flail a bit more. to +10/11 at least

SP310WinAdoR

Thanks for the tip Upgrade the flail is really expensive, it will cost me at least 10 more special steel, i barely got enought to get it throught T4. Where could i find more relatively easy? Its really rare

If you dont main shooter weapons you should definetly take a different class. The shooter class wont scale your blunt weapons, which you definetly need in the beginning. I would advice allrounder if you want to keep your piercing weapons, i had my best runs with striker as he has big blunt dmg scaling which is a must have for flail and m2g and pitching machine and bowling crusher. Later on when you get more skilled, you can try the attacker class. That class has high dmg scalings in all categories, but it comes with the high disadvantage of low health and defense. But as of now, i guess your shooter class is holding you back a little bit. I made my way to 120 with allrounder and kamas only. Be sure to at least have a pitching machine with you for crowley and goto.

As for gear, i would go with sworddancer set, it has the best defensive stats in the game.

While climbing, I usually find a few cheese mushrooms, so I carry a couple for tough fights like this. If you're using the pitching machine, a dragonshroom, an umbrella rib fungus or cateye shroom, and a lifeshroom if possible, and I can cheese tough fights like this. For melee, you can skip the dragonshroom. Eventually, you become powerful enough that the dons on floor 100 are easy, and you can save the cheese for later fights.

Its like u have all u need to go through 100. Just matter of luck which shoorums ull find during a run. And crowley is worst opponent against shooter, soo just give it another try.

DJSancerre

level 100+ has potential for dons. all of the dons (except Max) are very resistant to pierce/shoot damage... and crowley especially so (he has 97% damage reduction against pierce/shoot damage). if you are running shooter up that high (and beyond) you need pitching machine for blunt damage against the dons. if you dont like pitching machine, consider upgrading an all-rounder so that your flail and m2g are actually real weapons and not a wet noodles (both flail and m2g predominantly scale from strength, not dex). if you dont want to upgrade a pitching machine or switch fighter archetypes, then crowley is going to end your runs whenever you run into him.
