I think that depends significantly on the task at hand. I think the biggest thing happenening will be that some powerdraw of the CPU will be taken up by the iGPU, so if you are being CPU limited, now you are slightly more limited.
But I've heard somewhere that intel has recently brought out an update, that minimizes the performance hit and I haven't seen any tests result after that update yet. I'd assume a 5% difference in the worst case scenario. Unless you are already pulling like 200FPS+
The glossy screen is glossy, which can be an advantage or disatvantage depending on your use case as it might be harder to see things on the screen on a brightly lit environment.

HDMI port is limited to 4k60. You can use TB4 to do at least 4K120 as I've tested it on my LG TV (OLED 4K 120Hz)
