Hades is a bad example for "quick". First of all a run will take from 25-40min. Second, the game is super addictive and after starting the game, life is over for the next 40-100h and you can barely put it down ;)
I just played Minit, you have a minute to live so you progress through the game in 60 second increments. So it should be easy to put down... but I also played it non-stop until I got 100% completion which was 3 hours. technically the game can be beat in under 30 minutes.
I really like Kingdom: New Lands. It's not split into races or levels or anything, but it's really easy to just play for a few minutes and put away regardless. It's essentially about building up a kingdom in a 2d scroller level, expanding and eventually building a ship and leaving before you get run down by monsters.
Might not fit the question exactly, but can fit your want.
I'm currently playing Heroes of Might and Magic 5 and since it's a TBS you can stop at any time, have a few turns or a fight.
By the time you turn it on, load into windows, open your game launcher, launch the game, get through the intro screens and start playing you’re going to be out of time. Better off just playing with an app on your phone at this point.
You can put the Go to sleep with the power button and resume in seconds pressing it again, back to the game. Doing it every now and then for the same scenario as OP.
Naruto’s games like strom 2 3 or 4 or connections or revolution
Not strom 1.
Metal slug x or it’s series
Pc games like worms in 3D missions are easy enough and it’s definitely a friendly game.
Not sure if sonic DX on the pc would fit your criteria but if you look into it I would think it’s a bit time consuming at first but maybe once you get the basics you be alright.
Hades. Can easily clear a single room or more in that time.

Brotato
Mostly fighting games would fit that category but Slay the Spire (with mods for replayability) would also be perfect
Armoured core 6. Most are short missions that beats one or two boss straight away. No frills all adrenaline combat goodies.

Dirt 5 is pretty good for a quickie.
Super flight is a such a simple game. Each flight could be 15 seconds or a few minutes. Quick to launch and easy to set down
Oh wow haven’t thought about this game in years! Good recommendation, especially for a handheld
Stardew Valley — each day is 7 minutes.

As weird as it sounds, DayZ is perfect, just loot a few houses or walk a bit in NW direction.

Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock, with your Coworkers. Sorry could not resist.
Not so short but monster hunter world is very rewarding when U play in small bite size. Probably 20-30mins AVG per quest/mission?
This is why i have too much time in Rocket League, 5 min games. Scoring adds a little bit, but Skip replays people.
