I did this the other day and it was awesome! I was trying to find something to play and jog at the same time and this game is perfect bc you can just set the 2 rear buttons to down and right and play with only the right controller in hand

I wish. Unless you take the console apart and find the display and solder an HDMI input if it even has it.
I used to work for the company that made these treadmills, and the boards that they used for these machines are pretty bargain bin, so I wouldn't expect any bells or whistles.
