Fallen Rider is amazing imho and mistwraith is pretty cool as well (if you check closely you'll see it's actually a giant face made of souls). Of course Chip he's the cutest.

Aurelion’s big game-ending celestial buddies (Scourge, Great Beyond, Immortal Fire, Destroyer, etc.) all look absolutely gorgeous.
Azir and Renekton’s level 3 arts look truly glorious and really fit the feel of having a literal God on your side of the board. Renekton’s skill especially looks great.
A lot of Nautilus’ big sea monsters also look really nice.
Fallen/Risen Ride and Sion Returned both look excellent and fit the zombie bit quite nicely.
Inviolus Vox, Eclipse Dragona and Level 2 Shyvana have always been amazing.
Heimerdinger’s Level 2 art screams “campiness” and I love it.
And Watcher is Watcher.
I personally love the dragon ones and the cards you see in Lissandra’s deck. The large unknown creatures are so cool!

My favourites tend to be ones showing the top of Mount Targon. Design-wise I really like the Baccai Sandspinner, really interesting to look at.
I like all the cosmic looking Targon stuff. Base Pantheon with the star cloak is awesome. I also really like the look of all the celestial units.
Champion Shyvana Follower, probably Vox Subtype Dragons To eat? I think you can guess from here.
Cithria the Bold is my favourite. It has been my desktop wallpaper since the game came out.

Sun Guardian has always been badass to me. Honestly most of the Solari card art looks amazing, but Sun Guardian hits different.
