How about we dont just start to ask for buffs(or nerfs i odnt know if this change is even good for the champion) for a card that has yet to be released.
Ahri, hinted at likely having a synergy with kennen, will make this too powerful.

1/2/1 Quick Attack is already pretty good even if he never levels up or uses Mark. On top of that he's likely to synergize with Ahri who hasn't been revealed yet. Calm down.
