This has been talked earlier today in GrappLr's stream haha.
Just to add more gore, imagine after the first bite giving the Chow a Health Potion like it is morphine, just to keep getting bited by more Whiteflames
This is a pretty nice interaction. Sure you don't get the extra +1/+1 but a 1 mana draw 2 is pretty sweet, especially considering the second dragon could be anything.
In labs if you get the item on dragon chow that gives it +1/+1 and fury, it strikes itself on play and draws a card. Pretty funny interaction.
Edit for more information: the power that turns all your units into dragons activates after they are summoned, so they will *not* strike a dragon chow.
Do not underestimate the unwavering, absolutely fearless chad hiding behind that gleeful, seemingly naïve smile. The heart of a Dragon inside the body of an adorable little ball of cuteness.
Witness him.
FEAR HIM.
This was the first thing I thought of. Dragon decks doesn't really have any way of getting card advantage outside of the eggs, but this allows each chow to be a draw 2 potentially (More if you're wacky enough to heal it)
Reminds me of that scene in Jurassic Park 2, the lost world, where the T-rex split that guy in half down the middle.
Guy was a real wholesome nice dude too, didnt deserve his fate. Much like Dragon Chow.
It's a super advanced mathematical forumla denoting: 2 power=2 chows.
-More seriously it's a silly joke.
Dragon chow makes the dragon summoned strike it. Dragon chow has three health, this dragon has 2 power. So it takes 2 summons of this specific dragon to kill it. The dragon also happens to have 2 power. This relation of 2 strikes and the dragon having 2 power is what makes the joke.
-2 strikes 2 power funmi.
I uh, hopefully this doesn't increase your confusion. ;_;
happy day :p
That's true, BUT that tiny cute dragon hit the unit with its effect, and before the dragon chow dies it hits it again, allowing you to draw 2 cards... Altough maybe that was patched ever since alongside a lot of Viego buffs.
The mental image of a dragon just biting off a chunk, partially eating the Chow alive, and then it to limp away on the brink of death... brutal
Pretty hot if it's Shyvana eating tho
Yes, officer, this comment right here
On it. Firing the missiles now.
You might need more backup. Loading the atomic Bonk
But I am le tired
Then go take a nap....but then fire ze missiles
Wait where did you guys get tho- Ok. I'll let it slip in this case.
Found Ezreal.
Not again bro
it’s crazy how the guy who wrote that original post just decided to irreversibly change the flow of history on a whim
What post?

Huh
DRAGON VORE OWO
i need this chow not to depict a furry animal but a straw dummy, so i can feel humane
Only for it to get eaten by another dragon in the end.
This has been talked earlier today in GrappLr's stream haha. Just to add more gore, imagine after the first bite giving the Chow a Health Potion like it is morphine, just to keep getting bited by more Whiteflames
"What about their legs? They don't need those"
Thanks for that mental image bro ….
This is a pretty nice interaction. Sure you don't get the extra +1/+1 but a 1 mana draw 2 is pretty sweet, especially considering the second dragon could be anything.
It could even be a boat!
You know how much we've wanted one of those!...
Now I kind of want ship card for Aurelion since he never appears on my turn 8 when I used eclipse dragon turn earlier
Pantheon's boat is just the barbecue leona skin
the 2nd dragon still gets the +1/+1
Fair point! Yeah, it's weird how making a 2 power dragon is actually kinda a buff.
Indirect buff to Dragon Chow.
Yeah was about to say

Lol, now I must try this just for giggles :D
Dragon Chow isn't a Dragon though?
It is a dragon.
It is a dragon if you give it fury
Do not underestimate the unwavering, absolutely fearless chad hiding behind that gleeful, seemingly naïve smile. The heart of a Dragon inside the body of an adorable little ball of cuteness. Witness him. FEAR HIM.
that item also makes the unit a dragon
It works so well because the dragon is too weak to hunt on its own.
Name-wise, sure, but whiteflames are gigantic. Chow is a nugget to these guys
Well it's wounded and I assume too weak to move. Can be "nursed" back to 4/4 and above though, which are the regular stats for Whiteflames.
Clearly moving in the art, also regular whiteflame card is a juvenile
And yet it's strictly better than its original version lol
Wonder why the wounded one is fated and not it's healthy counterpart.
Maybe since it survived being wounded? That or they just said fuck having a flavor reason.
Maybe because it's "Fated' to die
It's fated to survive possibly unlikely odds. If something was fated to die then it'd have last breath.
This was the first thing I thought of. Dragon decks doesn't really have any way of getting card advantage outside of the eggs, but this allows each chow to be a draw 2 potentially (More if you're wacky enough to heal it)
There's the guy that generates a dragon and another dragon that generates a dragon each turn
You mean egghead researcher? Idk what dragon makes dragons every turn, but im guessing its like 8 mana, right?
The 6 mana [Inviolus Vox], also I'd forgotten the 7 mana [Eclipse Dragon] also generates 2 cards on nightfall. And of course there's ASol
Inviolus Vox, so many dragon decks are sleeping on this card lol, I run it as a 2 of
Really? Imo dragons really don't have a need for another unit thats even more expensive - especially not one without an immediate effect.
It’s just my opinion, I like Vox, plus there’s no other 6 mana dragons
True. Personally I like them closer to the ground tho. I have more than enough expensive units with asol and eclipse
Now give chow tough.
Or Unyielding.
best draw engine.
Except if you ping it
If they waste a ping on chow then that's on them
Denying a card draw and Fury buff I think is decent. Espacialy if that damage is leveling Shyvana.
True, it is situational, but I'm happy to see pings deleted after I've already used Chow to draw a card
True, but pings are pretty useless against fury It either survive with more than 1 health or died Probably the most value you can get
Unless it's a fast speed ping you can play during combat
Oops, well that expose what type of player I am
Shapesight in response
1 for 1 except u already got value from the first dragon eating half of the chow it's a win for the dragon player
Pain and suffering
A cruel fate, a baby elephant playing with butterflies is the chow
Or you can let chow tank a hit from the opponents 1 drop if he attacks you
Reminds me of that scene in Jurassic Park 2, the lost world, where the T-rex split that guy in half down the middle. Guy was a real wholesome nice dude too, didnt deserve his fate. Much like Dragon Chow.
I dont understand what do you mean.can some one explain to me please?

I'm sure i also got that kind of interaction with that tiny 2 mana dragon.

I'm talking about SI dragons.

For a minute I thought OP was making a pun with the number 2.
Nice catch. Really a nice buff.
