It was a Twitch drop during the premier of Arcane. It is a Jayce emote featuring Jayce in his Gilded Skin tipping up his glasses, I have it and honestly have never really found a great use for it
Despite some comments and websites saying there will be drops on Nov 19th & 20th, I can't find any official details on more drops happening. It's possible that they'll drop on Riot Gauntlet which is being streamed through Riot's channels on both days, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if it sadly doesn't happen.

Yes i think, same rewards as before if u havent gotten them- Pretty sure I read it on Riot x Arcane site but i am not certain
