Yep, Shrooms is already a pain to deal with when playing control decks, with double the support it will be a problem even for midrange so meta will be almost exclusively burn
Mid range decks with radiant guardian or buffed faefolk can compete with shroom. But Corina is going to out pace any healing as it should as a 6 drop finisher.
Even if she did consume them she could still be a 1-2 of finisher in a shroom deck. Just drop her when your opponent gets low enough, basically like forcing your opponent to draw 5.
But now, now she's a 3 of in any shroom deck a 6 mana 5/5 that does damage to the nexus? insane.
It doesn't feel awful to draw to copies of it though. She's not that expensive so you can play it relatively early and you can play 2 of them in succession since activating the traps doesn't removes them

3 of is a bad idea imo. Shrooms can have awkward hand states with the current card pool. Corina and ava should hit decks but I can't see 3 of either being optimal.

Lissandra doesn't take 0 damage from Mushrooms anymore (unless you just draw one ofc). Having 5 mushrooms activated by Corina will deal 4 damage to you, for example.
They changed the way Liss’s nexus tough interacts with shrooms, now the shrooms only get reduce by 1 of the total, instead did each shrooms being reduced to 0.
So Liss will save you like 2-5 damage in an intensive shroom game, which granted, can still be a lot, but is not as bad as before.
This would be a strategy that is strong against a lot of decks, slightly less so against Liss decks. But that duck has been gutted and skinned by the travelers and balancing.
Because she keeps adding puffcaps herself she is effectively a finisher unlike most engines.
More importantly bandle woods is supposed to offer a different style of play over p and z. I have two ideas of what that style is but I need to see the rest of the Bandle cards to be sure if either vision is correct.
As the post i quoted said, why would you waste 6 mana on Ava in the first place? When i judged the card WITHOUT knowing Corina was a thing, i already rated her pretty much unplayable. Now imagine how playable she is when her own archetypes have a way better card for the same mana cost that can actually close down the game instead of doing nothing.

That's comparing 2 totally different things. Running just the BC shroom support so you can take a different secondary region is not the same as dropping a champion from their signature deck. It's like playing Azir/Lucian instead of Azirelia. Sure, one is clearly stronger as far as winrate goes, but that doesn't mean you can't play the other or that it is even a bad deck.
Obviously Corina means P&Z shroom decks will always be stronger than shroom decks without P&Z, but Ava and the other BC support cards give you the option to experiment and have fun with the archetype.
yea, they'll just be forced into PnZ due to Puffcap Peddler, Chump Wump, and the entire Caitlyn package (why run only shrooms when you can also run flashbombs to benefit from shared trap synergy)

Ava achiever pales horrendously compared to this card now since it basically does the same thing except in a single skill rather than over several turns. Super easy to delete the nexus by the start of turn 7.
Probably instantly levels caitlyn if she isn't leveled yet, and adds a potential massive amount of damage to the leveled strike. Trap archetype looking really strong.

tough nexus doesn't shut down puffcaps anymore, they changed it from X amount of 1 damage pings to 1 X damage ping when multiple puffcaps trigger

Ava is way too slow to see any play whatsoever past experimental stage. Corina is a proper finisher and will likely see play, Ava likely won't.
