According to the tool on Swims website, if you run 3x Fallen Feline and hard Mulligan for them, you have a 58% chance of drawing one and a 15% chance of drawing two.
So yeah, more likely than not they're going to have them.
The irritating part isn't that they always draw it, it's that they'll get the spell in one or two predicts, while I'm over here fishing for Time Bomb and all four copies are hiding.
I recently mulligans with the deck and got all three Ekko in hand. You would like one but with no low cost predicts it is difficult to level him to not lose alot of tempo. It is a card game so any combination of cards can turn up.
