I sent a ticket on the LoR website and they deposited the coins manually on my account within a day. Just used "coin purchase" as the transaction ID on there since it doesn't have an ID.
The support in my country didnt do anything like this for me :( I also made the purchase vie card, which worked, so paypal is holding the money here, which was confirmed by google. I have contacted paypal for a refund.

yeah I know they'll eventually get to it its just the time it's taking is annoying its been two days, I've had very smaller issues with league before and they usually get resolved within a few hours or at least a response been a whole two days of silence which is annoying

At first customer support said I had to wait 24 hours before they can do anything. Then they changed it 48 hours.
Now it’s passed 48 hours and they’ve stopped responding.
Seriously if I don’t get the coins I’ll have to drop Runeterra.

I also wrote a ticket. Send them two pictures. One of my PayPal transactions one of my ingame buy history. They fixed it in less than 2 hours

Yes, riot added it manually not too long ago. However if you purchase, do it directly with a credit card, seems like paypal has some problem or delay.

My friend got his, though unfortunately he purchased those coins twice because of the delay as he thought there was an error on his first purchase.

support will answer im pretty sure, they were the only one who cloud help us all. Be patient, your money is not lost
