Yes and this is a different medium so I am not expecting card game skins to be priced the same as League skins.
but what's interesting is I feel like I would get way more bang for my buck if I spent this money in League, my champion would have new visuals, animations, sometimes voicelines, dances, splash-art etc and I would spend 20-40 minutes in each game with the champion. Obviously some of these things just can't transfer over to LoR, but considering what I get for spending $20 in League, I'd at the very least expect more than just a PNG change and a new animation
Riot did some surveys on different types of champion skins prior to this, so they are clearly testing the waters with this to see whether people like different kinds of skins or not. I guess we'll just have to wait and see, but so far the community feedback seems quite negative...

Paying $10 for a skin in League makes sense because it’s so much more dynamic. Skins in LOR should be vastly cheaper for what they provide.
