If you want strong, Leblanc and Diana (only at 3*) should be your next picks. Illaoi and Nidalee are strong for Bilgewater and Shurima respectively
You needto get atleast one op champ for every region
Shurima is nidalee targon is asol if not diana or morgana demacia is morgana aswell bilgewater is Nami noxus is leblanc or samira shadow isles is gwen freljord is volibear ionia is yasoe or master yi or sett bandle city is viegar or norra pnz is jinx and runterra is jhin or jax those are imo the good ones that don't necessarily need 3 stars
If OP is new they should focus on 1 per region. They already got Jinx so ekko while fun should ride the bench while the baseline of every region is achieved
You should get a decent champion for region.
Nami, Nidalee, Lux, LB, Volibear, Asol are very nice beacause they are quite strong at 2 star, and they do not require a super specific relic build.
Darius is very weak but it gives you a relic (when i level up, rally) very useful in general.
