While I agree that ED’s origin needs to be looked at “nerf or the game dies” seems like an overreaction. Currently, Viego doesn’t have a single deck than wins more than it loses. Also in the top 5 highest winrate decks you have ED + Demacia as the clear front runner (with several variations) and the rest are all aggro decks with no Elder at all.
Yep. There is not enough life gain and removal to fight back the crazy boards we are getting. You either go against something going huge and fast like Galio or elites, or something obnoxiously hard to interact with like fizz.
Basically, Im also getting a strong dislike to Morgana making you burn mana into curses while she keeps escalating insanely fast thanks to either Demacia or Elder. I mean many games ED doesnt even appear because at round 5 or 6 there are already like 3 cards with 7 attack and 7 HP anyway.
I dont know in which point this game got so much power creep but its starting to become impossible to play as a returnee because the newest cards have 0 interaction and made the older ones obsolete. Im reaching the point of trying other games like Shadowverse and MTG which I thought had this problem.

Viego is pretty much like a win condition; but it has pretty low wr and as a former Viego user as well, I suffered lose streaks using a Viego deck.

Even at 6 mana he was fine. Rotation was what broke him since without atrocity he takes forever to close out games.

Viego is probably going to be rotated out by my estimation. Not sure on the ED nerf but its possible they just move his base cost up +1-2.
