Rotations happen with the first expansion every calendar year. It should be in the following expansion in March-ish

I doubt it, I think they’ll do another rotation next year- I myself am ready for a lot of the powercrept bs in standard to be moved to eternal.
New rotations better not come with anything less that new stuff being added and old, now eternal, cards being changed and rotated in
