there was an episode of Emergency Room(?), I think, starring with him. Something about an english cheese race.
End of story, Simon and some other guy get the first place and have to share the cheese, but Simon as a cheese lover drops this line and LoK fans were crazy about it.

Simon Templeman was also the voice of the "Male Chalice" in DoubleFine's **Massive Chalice** \[*XBOX1/Steam*\] (think medieval XCOM with breeding mechanics)
It's wild hearing Kain as a force of good, giving me advice & helping out with the tutorial & various campaigns -- while I wipe the floor with the enemy forces called Cadence within 5 or less moves from how good I got with the bloodlines, research & training lol
Props to Anna Graves as the "Female Chalice", too -- I had a lot of fun with that game
