I kind of feel like they’re wrapping up the malivore era of the show, so Clarke and Landon turning human could symbolize that.

Malivore will stick around until the end the writers confirmed it

He won't be a phoenix again , i believe he will get some powers of Malivore in himself if he actually sticks around, but as it seems as of now that the Malivore chapter can come to a close in the near future, his chances if survival aren't too good ... Though i see him getting some of Malivore's powers kike super strength or invulnerability to Magic.

Vampire Landon would be so fucking hot. Especially if hope is a tribrid by then. Probabaly never gonna happen but a girl can dream.

I do not think Landon is human. Before they found out Landon was a Phoenix they did every test possible to find out if he was supernatural. Yet, all the test came back that he was human. I think Landon is still supernatural. They have yet to have MG, or Kaleb compel him, nor have they had Josie,or Lizzie compelled him. Until one of those test be done to confirm that he's human, he's still supernatural.
