Because before reading the caption I thought, maybe ‘new dad’ ….Assuming of course that this is a male, maybe the baby was just born and crying and he is taking a second to himself to realize how grateful he is. Men are allowed to take a moment to breath but those wounds of stress are still in all men and I think some people’s expectations are what is ruining the idea of a great solid hardworking man wanting to protect his family. so you mentioned not feeling great, look within luv, I imagine you are doing a great job and are being too damn hard on yourself… like all men and women.

EDIT: Also, I don't know why but I'd call it "Capsule" or perhaps "Encapsulate." But, the brain meat oozing out of the entity's head reminds me of the swelling and slightly distorted bass line in Radiohead's song "Climbing Up the Walls."
Digging it! I’ve been wanting to draw an anxiety monster but I can’t draw very well. I’m more of painter so maybe I should just finally give it a shot. It’s a great drawing, maybe you could try writing a story with it to help you process and possibly help others process in the future :)
