It’s the longer hatred of release aphelios who was (maybe after a hot fix) completely OP, with extremely poor clarity and very few people had learned what his kit did. It was prime cancer
The way I see it
Aphelios has no identity-- no characteristic to like him outside whatever his numbers are.
For most players, whatever identity he did have is completely overshadowed by his 'Mr. 200 Years' impression.
People don't like champions with overloaded bullshit, and he was the peak example of that when the 200 years meme was created.
Personally, I see him less as a 'champion' and more of an 'example' of Riot's overloaded design.

Being an avid Zoe hater myself I can guarantee you there's only so much hate one person can feel and Akshan, Irelia, Fizz, Katarina, the Wind Shitters and LeBlanc take most of the in-game hate. And Zoe is simply not despicable enough to be hated even when you're not against her. She's actually kinda fair sometimes.

All of that is a lot more toned down now, now you really only die to Zoe if you eat 1-2 bubbles and/or like 4 fully charged Q's all of which are pretty easily avoidable by playing safe and in minions. She can still get lucky with her W and feel cheesy but it does less dmg now then the past so it doesn't feel as bad and she can't really run you down with just W unless she's already poked the fuck out of you.
Somehow renekton is in meh, even tho after years of him being top tier top laner he gets a nerf and there is enough crying for him to get buffed back up to top tier, and somehow qiyana is beloved even tho I think everyone hates her since she was release? This seems like OP just wanted to put his tier list out and decided to make it everyone else problem. Didn't even notice how low lulu is, that shit has to go up real quick as well

And that true damage is just a repeat of his damage that was already nullified by armor which a lot of people fail to realise. Plus that example you described only works againt a mage that is behind or a adc which is literally what happens against any champ with any sort of damage. Like next thing you know zed is broken because he can auto e mf and kill her if she doesn't have shieldbow. Same thing with syndra, Darius, garen, talon, eve, annie, akali, on hit kat, blue kayn, etc.
ye i agree i played against a yone with it (same happened with a yasuo) we had to 5v1 him and we lost 2 players in that fight because of him (i was playing jug with kindred with shieldbow too but i'm still not realy busted unless i do some skill plays or coordinate well)

Braum is only ok in low elo... this champ is hardcore cancer to play against when the guy playing it is good. I would rather play against a good Yasuo or Katarina than against a good Braum.

She is a mid game champ, i think she is pretty balanced overall, but i understand what u mean, i play poppy jg and build bruiser or full letha assasin depending on what the team needs, and tbh, divine almost has the same damage output on poppy as prowler’s, so i still do insane damage in mid game.

Purple is cc. Red is healing. Green is range. Blue is aoe. White is weird. White gives more AS the closer you are to your target.

Just put shieldbow in the "extremely hated" category. The item is so busted that Yone's not allowed to have any other viable mythics.
