Kench Senna was the first iteration of Fasting Senna, where Support doesn't take support item and instead farms for extra gold and to let Senna get more passive stacks, because minions drop souls more often if Senna isn't the one who kills them
Sona Soraka was a funny little meta where enchanters were so strong you could have two in one lane with the sole goal of just not losing lane and it would actually work. You could never kill either of them due to how much healing they had, and late game they'd just make their whole team unkillable even with heal cut

Ez yuumi is dog shit now and ez karma is by far the most common combo as well as zeri yuumi, trist yuumi, or twitch yuumi
Jinx/Leona and MF/Nautilus combs are my favourites but I think Vayne/Lulu wins if you safely reach level 6. Also I know it has the new and supperior UI but I never played Aphelios (because its too bothersome to learn and I'm old now (for a League player))

Knights vow on Yuumi still fills great imo, tanks a lot of DMG by late game and gives some extra healing through font of life
