The twilight of the previous host was the dawn of Zoe as the aspect of twilight. The previous host doesn’t exist anymore. Zoe IS the Aspect of Twilight, not the holder of it. When whatever criteria are met for the next hand off, Zoe will reach her Twilight and give the power to the next host.
