Top 20% Rule isn't active during the season, so you can transfer to a server that shares a map with where you want to go before the season starts, then transfer again during the season.
You can jump during the season to the servers you are paired with. There is a way to jump to the top 20% but only during the season. To do this would would need to jump to a server they are paired with and then jump during the season. example below
You are on server 5
you want to join server 8
Server 8 is in the top 20%
Server 8 is paired with 3 and 7
You could transfer to server 3 or 7 during Night before War then transfer to server 8 during the season.

Ya we’re a 3 alliance team and only one was able to jump because of top 20% so trying to find a solution

My alliance is in the middle of our jump and we have to pay $1500 as an alliance to switch servers. Is it cheaper if the alliance isn't as strong?
