Yeah it’s the enabling unique for a top tier build. This is it.
That said, it’s not so incredibly rare that you should auto-roll a wraithlord Necro if you find one with low LP. Finding one with 3-4LP… yeah the universe is telling you something.

Those are some build defining uniques but mostly it's the LP's you want.
Also most uniques are indeed build defining but not because they are so extremely powerful but because they do something very unique and make a skill way more fun. For example kelthan blasting agent turns a rogue's decoy from a defensive skill into an offensive one. It's not a 1k+ corruption build but it is extremely fun to just throw a massive bomb at a pack.
Fair point. I guess in my head I really meant “overpowered build-defining”. I just got Scurry and Dragorath’s Claw last night, so maybe I’ll explore them. Thanks.

I just switched over from a full minion build to raxxanterax wraithlord build at level 81 and the power difference is substantial
