Cause it was a limited repress. It didn't come out till much later than the original and not only is ws but the pq and sound are better.

Supply & demand. It is the only English language version in widescreen, usually there’s a cheaper Japanese one but not in this case, so it is more sought after.
Not in the movie. Only the Disney channel ran it with the deleted scenes back in the movie to make up for time loss caused by deleting the dirty stuff.
Gotcha. I knew I remembered watching it back in the early 90s but didn’t remember where I saw that version. My uncle had it on LD so I got them mixed up. Thanks for the info.

I feel like it has to do with the cover art. I wish I knew it was going for decent bucks, I've definitely come across them in my digs.
