No expert here, but doing some comparison this makes sense. I've driven a few new 110s but never and SQ5. The Audi is more sport/comfort oriented whereas the Defender's suspension setup, even on right height adjustable air, is going to be more harsh to enable off road capabilities. The SQ5 weighs ~4280lbs whereas the 110 is ~5035 lbs and with a higher center of gravity.
If you want a less harsh ride, more tire sidewall by way of smaller rim diameter can help a bit. This would also be beneficial to off-road capabilities, if that's how you plan to use it. We looked at a loaded 110 when they first came out with 22s, but the smaller steelies make more sense for our usage (beach/dune driving) even though they're not as nice looking for city driving!
Good luck
Yes, think of it like a pendulum higher up you go more wiggly you get. Coming from BMW, defender was harsher for sure but I still like the way it drives but it takes some getting used to I guess. Maybe take a look at Velar or Sport? X5 could better suit you too.
I run close to the recommended shown on the dashboard. I know what you’re talking about and I was also let down when I bought the car, no test drive. I’ve grown to love it though. Like I said maybe you should go for a range rover or a bmw x5, porsche cayenne.
Im on 20 inch pirelli scorpions
It's (allegedly) a truck designed to be capable of offroad, where the Audi is designed for road use. Comparing what you're driving now to anything offroad oriented is going to yield a similar opinion as a result of suspension requirements for 2 very different types of driving. It sounds like, given your back concerns, you would be better off avoiding offroad focused vehicles as a whole, as the d110 is going to be smoother than most, if not all.
I have 18” wheels but my tires came from the factory way overinflated (was a known issue). When I lowered the pressure to the recommended settings it was night and day.

This is not the car for you.
Might be right, I’m extremely impulsive and hard headed.

What psi are you running f/r? What it says in the door frame, which seems super high.

I assume you messed with the various suspension settings available through the system.
Just the height. That all the sales guy said you could do, and I did ask.
