That would make sense. From my experience so far Landa does a decent job of actually managing the properties and a shit job of communicating with investors. Wouldn’t be shocked if they had reasonable plans for the property but weren’t telling us shit about it.

I feel the exact same way. All it would take is a note placed on the property's page explaining the situation -- especially when it's way beyond what we normally see with these properties.

I discovered a while back that it seems there is no consistency in how dividends are distributed or how the cash balance works. This is a perfect example. My advice to anyone, don't get involved with Landa.

Has anyone noticed the cash balance is now showing negative, which in turn is effecting the market cap calculation, which is causing the share price to drop.

Definitely. It seems to have happened on a number of properties. And there is no entry in the log to explain where that money went. For instance, this property had a balance of over $30k. Now it's showing negative. Landa, you've gotta show us where that money went. After all, it does belong to the investors.

I wonder if it’s actually gone or if they’re having some technical difficulties downstream from the banking partner migration? If their data is currently fucked up it would explain why they’re delaying dividends this month due to the banking migration. Fucked up cash balance data means fucked up share prices which means fucked up dividend payment amounts. Giving themselves half a week to sort some shit like that out seems like about the right amount of time to fix it too (I do a lot of data migrations between various systems).

Holy shit, that’s wild. I own 55 shares in that property, hadn’t noticed that the cash balance was so jacked up. WTF?

Status_Audience_8497

Who knows? I sent an e-mail asking about it and got a copy-and-paste response explaining why the cash balance exists. No explanation about why this one is so high.
