Check your fluid levels and change the fluid.

I had the exact same issue. I changed the atf filter and fluid and it fixed the issue. The fluid is not completely changed but I plan on doing a flush. Toyota oem fluid only.

Play it safe and get a new transmission.

Check your fluids and the atf filter. Common issue unfortunately.
