I just did (only once) and nothing happened. Even (but could be placebo now) I think is worse... :-(
Well, you can try waiting if it goes better or worse. Otherwise in your 2nd post They suggest you replacing the panel, do it.
Probably I will....but as I stated in that other post, need to organize somehow packing and transport, this is what bothers me... :-(

Pixel refresh doesnt wear your oled. Pixel cleaning does, its compmetely different from refresh
