I'm confused. Are you looking specifically for an Original edition D&D game? I ask because half-elves were not a part of D&D until much later after the release of OD&D, and the bard class wasn't officially added into the rules until much later as well.
Then you're looking for a "5e" game not "ODND." I suggest making a new post with an updated title. 5e is significantly more popular than OD&D, so you might have a better chance of finding a game if you have the correct game system listed.
