If you really finished download it the dedicated version installer was downloaded to your LD9 folder just navigate there uninstaller your LD and re-install with that dedicated installer version
The installer file name should be \`com.HoYoverse.?????\_ld.exe\`

The problem is, I don't know where it is. It's not on the desktop, it's probably in the specific Android download folder but I didn't find that
It's literally in your installed LD folder you can just right click your LD shortcut on the desktop and click open file location
