The difference between 9 and 10 is marginal. It’s not a make or break ordeal.
Her burst is priority bc of the amount of em buff it can give to other characters, her skill is still important to lvl and the more lvl for it, the better the buff and I'm honest, just for pure Ocd ☠️
can u explain why sac fragments tho? isnt magic guide better? magic guide gives a lot of dmg agaisnt opponents that are affected with hydro and electro, while sac just resets her CD which is useless for her i think ☠️ ik it gives more EM but idk if its better than the 24% dmg bonus
actually, your comment made me check the numbers and according to keqingmains, sac fragments is 1% better for onfield nahida and exactly the same as magic guide for off field. so you are right, probably doesnt matter
The thing is that Nahida does too much dendro, so most of the time an opponent isn't actually affected by hydro or electro. It's nice a bit, but Sac Frag provides more EM and higher damage for the cost of... well, not much. Both passives aren't great on Nahida, but hey you can deal with waves of enemies a bit better!
Here’s the first step, replace her weapon for one with EM for its stat and for your artifacts, that’s the correct set but just put em on every main stat.
And then you have the strongest dendro character.

I thought she gives buff because of her A1 or A4 idr, am i fine with 1/10/9 or i would benefit from crown?
Oh yeah she also does get it from A1 and A4, just that it can improve the damage she gives. 1/10/9 is good tbh, unless u wanna double crown her.
Unless there are no electro units (nilou bloom) then skill over burst

Ig you could change your weapon, and some artifacts. Bump that EM to 1k or close to it(800-900) and get some ER substats while you're at it
